I had an absolutely dreadful stay and experience at the central bradford Hotel, I had initially booked in mid February for a same night stay & accidentally booked it for 9th of March which was because it came up as a default date and I'd thought I'd booked it for the same night of course which is my fault and that's fine, but I showed up at the hotel assuming it was booked for that night with my wife and children, Now this is possibly after 11pm that I managed to get there for and was informed I'd booked it for the 9th of March for which of course the wife and kids were hugely disappointed but I then asked the lady at the counter if it was possible for me to book a room for tonight also and she responded by saying no sorry I have a family room "available" but the kids bed need sheets on them so I'm not going to do that at this time I'm to busy, I expressed the difficult situation that I'm in and that the kids are very tired and in need of sleep and that I'm from huddersfield and would need to get a taxi back and would be quite inconvenient to which the lady whom I was told later is the shift manager suggested I go to Victoria Hotel nearby, as she wasn't prepared to set up a single bed as she claimed to be busy, yet no rush was seen and then I returned home in a very costly taxi with upset kids, I then returned home and week later decided to finally call up and change from 9th March which was just a random date for which I had no need, so I decided to call on the Friday & managed to get it booked to go last weekend on Sat 24th Feb just to use the booking as I couldn't get a refund so the agent on the phone told me it would be a family room specifically mentioned double bed and 2 single beds, and I showed up on the day Sat 24th and was checked in and went to the room to find a double bed and 1 single bed but the 1 single bed that was there didn't have bedding on it or anything so I went downstairs and informed a member of staff and the staff member said she'll try and find another room which might have two singles with a double, so when she started searching that very same shift manager lady from the last time Sat at the reception desk just shouted across to her "We don't have anything available", to which the staff member replied I'll try find one and if not I'll go and find a additional single and set up the bedding and the manager lady constantly kept talking her out of it saying we're busy we don't have the time etc, to which my wife and I couldn't have felt any less insulted and made to feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome, thankfully that female member of staff first showed me another possible room which didn't have a additional bed so decided to set up another single bed in the room we were already checked into and then there wasn't enough towels tea bags etc etc for which I was constantly up and down . I'm sorry with respect I had a terrible stay! Very poor experience purely due to the attitude of the female manager on the night's I showed up! Don't intend to use premier inn ever again!!!.

The staff were run off their feet when we went with our coach trip. I felt sorry for them. They had one girl doing 3 jobs in 1 reception serving food and cooking.

There is only 1 Channel on TV available and am not happy about it aI Had to use water from the bathroom sink to fill up the kettle to make a cup of tea or Coffee but never made one.The room was nice warm and clean apart from the dust sitting on the lamp above my head

I stayed here for 1 nightIt was £85, internet didn’t work after me paying for it twiceTwo guest only 1 towel in the room the lift didn’t work.The girls that work on the floor were lovely, room was basic but nice and comfartableWas work gojng on early in the morning on the road outside hotel so we got woke up early£85 I think is over priced for the facilitiesBut again last min booking and comfartable

Nice clean hotel situated in town centre with a convenient multi storey car park with in 2 minutes walk. Presently has building works going on outside and around which is a slight inconvenience for access. Restaurant is of a decent standard and beer at a fair rate. Enjoyable breakRooms: Of an average standard. Clean and well presented

Everything was good. Only disappointment was breakfast, the buffet was ordered instead of the usual self service and the milk for the latte was sour and spoiled my appetite.
Hotel is good as most Premier Inn are. Bradford is horrible, not a destination for sure.

Room, food, and service were good. It is located in the city centre and 5 mins walk from bus and train station.

All reception and bar staff members provided excellent service. The BIGGEST issue for me is room windows do not open. God forbid if there was ever a fire in this hotel with the inability to open your room window (if trapped) you have zero chance against smoke. Learn your fire escape route inside out and know it blindfolded!Safety: A call for concern regarding Fire Safety. Smoke kills and in an emergency you can not open your room window if trapped. The second issue is that the marking of floor numbers in corridors are too high up and would not be visible under smoke. Finally, the colour of the paint on the ground floor corridor is not indistinguishable to the rest of the floors. Under panic you could potentially continue further down the stairs instead of exiting at reception.
