Everyone said how great this restaurant is, because there is great food and quality service. Well, I don't see any professionalism in the waitress. They didn't have a whole menu, just a few items from the menu. We asked about coffee. We were told that they don't have coffee or tea (in winter). Of course, the staff messed up our order, we ordered coca cola and they brought us pepsi. The chicken steak was not cooked, the langos was also not cooked, the cutlery was dirty, the women's toilet was broken, I would definitely not recommend going there. The only thing that was nice was the decoration of the restaurant. I think that those who don't know how to open a restaurant shouldn't do it.....

We came as a family with a child, the music was terribly loud, we got a greasy and spindly chair, and when we asked about the chair, the janitor or whatever it was told us to go there ourselves to get it. We also asked about the toilets... he said "the men's are closed and you can't poop in the women's or you can't flush". ? We waited about 20 minutes before someone came to us to order a drink (we also managed to choose a meal during that time). A clerk came and told almost every order that you don't have it or that you don't do it. After 30-40 minutes, we got the first meal, and after a while the second arrived, and then only the drink arrived, which the waiter threw on the table and said "I don't know who took the coke, share it here". We ordered a normal coca cola and a diet came to us ?.. After a while, the maid came with two more plates, but with the wrong food (we were busy, so we left it so that there was no more confusion), the meat was well burnt and the cash register was like mud just by looking at it. Then she told us that what we ordered was only for 3 portions with other meat, if that wouldn't mind, and that we had to choose something else for the other two. after 10 minutes, she finally came and gave the 3 plates.. the meat was so hard and stiff that it was impossible to cut it properly and she asked only one of us what we would like, so we said that I wouldn't be sure because everyone had already eaten and they brought it all Scattered.. after 5 minutes she brought what she ordered the first time but forgot about me and immediately sent it away. I'm waiting for him to bring me something, but nothing ? she came again after 10 minutes asking if we all have everything and then she finally looked at me and realized that I didn't get anything ? she came to me and said "this is how it happens in restaurants, someone comes to order you're on your own and I don't know who I want to give it to, it's like that everywhere "... Everyone had already finished their food and if I ordered, it would be another 10 minutes of waiting, so I said I didn't want anything. When we were about to pay, the barman said that the prices on the menu were 4 years old... Well, just a mess. I would never go there again. Although I didn't eat there, but according to the others, I didn't lose anything .. Extrem.

One star is too much for this “restaurant”. Came here to spend monday lunchtime with my family as it was close to our parking and it looked nice. The first thing- they struggle with English so it was hard work to order a bottle of red wine as the waitress didn't understand what I wanted and showed me a soft drinks. However, in half an hour we got it with just washed soft drinks glasses. I asked for wine glasses, so the waitress sent the boss to deal with us? he brought us cocktails and Prosecco glasses. I picked Prosecco glasses cos understand it is pointless to ask again? Second thing- most dishes in the menu didn't have them. Also, nothing had from deserts at all, no napkins too. Ordered a chicken burger, fried cheese and gulash- food absolutely average, blank, tasteless. Ordered a second bottle of wine- brought a white one. ? I went to the bar and showed that we wanted the same and it was funny how they tried to get it from the cabinet. Here came the time for a toilet- both were closed. Asked a keys and they said “NO!!!!Not working!” ? As we had good mood so we just smiled, till we needed to change baby nappy. As there was no one around, no bins, toilets were closed- so we left nappy by the toilet door. In a few minutes the boss came and said we needed to take it or he would call the police. Very “nice” attendance, helpfulness for customers . The worse thing- you can't get your bill. They said I need pay £73 and a bit. Asked a bill and they said “we can, you need pay and we will give you receipt”. But I want to see what for I'm paying. The boss was unhappy, gave us our bill and there was £65.93, so be careful as looks like they robbing customers!!! Not recommending!!!

Waitress didnt speak english.Toilets not working.Half of food in the menu they dont have. (Not even pancakes ? did yall run out of flour??)? wouldn’t recommend having neither lunch or dinner in here ? so sad that such a good place is used by people who doesn’t understand how business works.

Everything we asked for they said not avaliable at the moment. We had to wait an hour for our drinks ( still they were missing half of them..) The waiter didnt even bother to write our order down.At the end they try to charge us for things we didnt even had..

Lovely, fresh meal. Amazing hungarian goulash. Waiters could be more experienced but for us everything good. I took my family there and we really enjoyed it. Next time we want to try sweet selection as well. Definitely recommended from us:)

We were ignored completely and after an hour sat with our finished plates , I took them myself to the kitchen where the waitress was sat on top of the food preparation area doing nothing. I had to go to the bar to get the bill after asking for it in the kitchen twice. It's laughable really. The female toilet also had wee up the walls and was very dirty. To top it off, ants appeared on the table. A fun evening for unexpected reasons.

We enjoyed our food here, it is simple but tasty and made well. There's lots of meat options and a couple of veggie (the potato pancakes were great). The service was a little slow for us on the day we went. We had to ask for someone to take our order after ten minutes of waiting and then ask twice for our drinks throughout the meal. We were also charged three times for an item which caused some confusion when it came to pay. Unfortunately their WiFi was not working, so we had to go find a cash machine and come back to pay. Of course this not a problem, but maybe some prior warning would have been better as we did not have cash with us at the time and the three closest cash machines were all broken.
Fresh home made food.Affordable and big portions.Desserts are not in menu but you just ask and they freshly maded so u gona like them aswel.Nice and polite staff!!!
