“Wanted to leave a review as I’m so impressed by the level of customer service from a staff member called Kareena. I’ve been in a couple of times recently and both times this particular staff member has gone out of her way to be friendly and provide excellent customer service. I had a problem with my order the first time I went and she resolved it so efficiently and was so happy to help.

I believe that customer service is just as important as the food and she was definitely as great as the food!

“Amazing Fish and chips. I came across McKinley's by chance. Id been driving round from Holmfield looking for a chippy that was open. My last shot was Queensbury and came across this beauty. Friendly, polite staff, lovely and clean shop. The fish n chips were beautiful but omg I'm stuffed lol. Definitely our new go to chippy....”
