Served me 2 burnt cookie doughs. Requested for 2 new ones to be sent out but was told would need to speak to management the following for a new order. They were adamant they had burnt no cookie dough. Proper let down.

I ordered some waffle sticks and some other dessert , they asked me to wait for 10 minutes , after 10 minutes he goes you didn't order it, even he took my order itself.... Then his mate reminds him ....and then he dropped waffle sticks box on the floor .... literally worst experience ever....???

Bought the lotus baby waffle felt like I was eating sand paper and saw dust! It was that dry! Compete waste of money took 3 bites and chucked the rest away, will not be going to the one on leeds road again, will warn others too.
