We ordered cookie dough without nuts for a child who has severe nut allergy. They sent cookie dough with nuts on it !!! Highly irresponsible and dangerous. Child became sick!!!

The owner is a legend, everytime i go in he gives respect i get my milkshake within 5 minutes and its a high quality shake thick and nice. Respect for the customer service as they have given me hospitality and the quality of the desserts have been consistent may Allah swt reward you with more success i reccomend the jay kae
Great customer service, considering how busy they are in the month of Ramadhan they never delay an order and they truly are named after their shakes that is just tremendous, Honestly speaking i cant enjoy a night without shakehouse.

I placed an order from the Bradford, Carlisle Road Shake House, and I just had to share my fantastic experience! From the moment I called to place my order, the gentleman on the phone was incredibly polite and patient as I decided what to get.I opted for the Million Dollar Waffles, Cookie pie, and a Milkshake, and let me tell you, they were absolutely phenomenal! The portion sizes were generous, and what's even better is the affordability of it all.The delivery was right on time, and the delivery person was friendly and polite, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this place to everyone and will definitely be placing more orders in the future.Thank you for the excellent service and delicious treats!
