Was told to move on even though I was a paying customer, what makes me laugh about businesses/people like this, they are happy to be serviced by hgvs, receive fuel orders from hgvs, have hundreds of pounds spent per visit per truck yet won't allow a tierd stressed driver have his break, disgusting. Btw to the manager, there was loads of room!

Asked to use the shell fuel card to buy jet wash. It has a code machine on the jet wash however when i asked for a code i was told the printer is not working so can only use the pound coins and wouldnt be able to purchase a code for jet wash. Its not my vehicle and unfortunately the pound machine doesnt give reciepts. Very poor service and not helpful at all. The man behind the counter just shrugged his shoulders and didnt offer any solutions. Surely they could have written the code down. Even maybe let me pay for wash code and give the coins for what we have paid. Must have been some solution. Wouldnt recommened coming here very poor service and price of the fuel nearly most expesive in the area.

Even 1 star is too much for this Shell station. I have been there, this evening, slipped on the pump no. 6, in a puddle of petrol. I told the staff but they did not care. Apart from this I saw patches of thick black oil is all over the yard. It was difficult to walk to the till. My shoes and car are full of smell of oil. This place is a danger to human life, anything can happen here anytime. Situation here is hazardous, the authorities must take swift action.

Ignorant staff. Rude and unprofessional..2 males shouting across the shop to each other in a language I didn't understand. No please or thank you when I paid for my items...the guy serving didn't even look at me and slammed my change in my hand. Never known such rudeness from a petrol station employee. Definitely won't be going there again

Keeps massively overpriced fuel price at 1.44 when shell around city cost just 1.37-1.38.. and don't say it cost more to deliver fuel to your station...as tanker always comes from motorway ..right where you are..

Used to be a fantastic place to pull large vehicle in for fuel, purchase of food/drinks etc but unfortunately unable to use anymore due to the Bradford Clean Air Zone. Sorry that the council have done this to you

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! I had 40miles in the tank and desperately required Diesel fuel.Guess what? There was no fuel available on any of the 4/5 parking Bays. I had to go to Asda instead!POOR EXPERIENCE SHELL, expected high expectations from you!PICTURE ATTACHED:

Always Exensive. 4p difference from manchester road Shell station and 6p expensive than Brighouse Shell branch.better to go Manchester Road for full tank.
