Ordered from here today for the 1st time. I normally order Madras from most places. This keema madras came and I immediately spat it out this was extremely extremely HOT!! I've never had a madras this hot ever it was not even edible! Called the takeaway to be told that's how it comes! When I oreserd I selected normal spice not extra hot! They said we are to busy to replace your meal, and wil sort it next time you order!!!

1st time ordering, took 45 minutes to deliver which is fine considering it was a Saturday, got a phone call saying outside, but gone to wrong address then another phone call saying missing part of order waited another 20 minutes, but by then phoned up to cancel order. To be fair to them they gave us our meal for free and apologised. Although it was tepid im sure it would have tasted better hot. Will be willing to give another chance as the food was nice enough even if wasn't hot enough....so fingers crossed for next time

I write this as my food sits in the oven warming up. Living only 5 minutes away, I'd expect much better. the food was delivered after an hour of ordering and arrived flat cold! Avoid

Don't get your meal from here ordered chicken masala with chapatis chips and poppadoms. Curry tasted like a slightly spiced stew chicken was dry chips were soggy and tasteless poppadoms tasted damp and the whole meal was luke warm. Not impressed all for £10.60 .Tong Street curry house's are useless. No wonder we go out for a decent curry ie Akbars or even The kashmir you don't pay much more for a good curry in town so these guys need to get there act together that was probably the worst tasteless curry I've ever had. Back to going out again

Ordered pizza deal didn't realise it had gone up to 16.50 and it came cold it was 18.50 with delivery it's madness they will lose alot of customers I'll go elsewhere from now on

Ordered a mixed naan the chicken tikka was tinted yellow and rock hard so we took it into the shop and asked them to try it but they refused. Asked how its made and if its fresh and they admitted to not making it daily and using a microwave to re heat it aswell as fry it apperently sounds discusting
Chicken tikka is not made fresh that day its microwaved then fried to order apparently that's what the chef told me when I took the chicken in the shop RANK

Lost my custom when lazy delivery driver just sat in the car and had me walk to collect from him at midnight in the rain when i paid for delivery, shame the food was nice.
