Very delicious food and excellent shop! The food was so tasty and nice very good shop to visit and give a call. The inside was stunning and also the outside. the shop is very nice and cleaned!. It definitely deserves 5 stars!.

Probably one of the worst experiences I have had with a takeaway! Ordered food for delivery, it took 2 hours to arrive, and when it did, the order was wrong. They said the driver would come back to collect the food and they had me waiting for another hour, until I phoned the shop to ask where the driver is??! They happily lied through their teeth saying "the driver was ringing, knocking on my door and had to leave" this was utter bull####, I was promised a refund and still over a week later.. no refund! I was messed around from midnight to 3am, no food, no apology, just lies, excuses and appalling customer service. Been chasing them up but all I seem to get is more lies, and false promises. All businesses make mistakes but at least have the decency to speak the truth to customers and if a refund is rightly owed... to issue it!I ordered directly from Smashd and not through a third party delivery service.

Ordered from here for the first time and had a really bad experience with the food, the smashed box chicken burger was crazy spicy!, the chicken had been dipped into to much spicy sauce which overpowered the taste and impossible to eat,the smashed box smashed burger was way to bland and the meat didn't taste fresh. Stir fry Donnar was hard and not fresh. Overall food felt not fresh and had way to much spice and no taste.

The food was absolutely bang on with its flavours! We’ve had many Smashed burgers and loaded fries over the years, but these guys were the BEST! A must try!Jzk to H & Shoaib for the hospitality!

I ordered food from here and wow how horrible the food was. It came cold. The pizza had no chicken in it. The topping were like 1 slice of donner and 1 pepper on. The chicken was like it was drenched in chillies and taste so sour and had smell coming out. When I rang to complain to say we need proper food warm and the right order was told they can't do anything. Staff are rude. 32 pounds spent here and went down the drain. DO NOT ORDER GUYS go somewhere else were yoy know the food right and your are appreciate. And not spoken to rudely... appealing and rubbish food all of the food went in bin.

Came here for a late night munch while in Bradford for a friend’s wedding, and it did not disappoint! The pizza and Nashville chicken burger really hit the spot, and the owner (Malik) was incredibly welcoming and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our meal, would definitely recommend and can’t wait for you guys to open up in London!
I'm happy to up the rating if they update their menu on just eat.I ordered a pizza (different from previous orders) for the third time in a while and there seem to be differences compared to what was advertised on just eat. All of the pizzas seem to show onions and peppers as toppings but I haven't received them on previous pizzas as well as the one I ordered today (peri peri chicken). Hopefully this can be fixed and I will change my rating to 5 stars after that.

Ordered from Smashd a Parmesan well I was not disappointed. The Parma was a good size well worth the money. Food was warm upon delivery asked for extra mash on the side and they satisfied my customer needs. Many takeaways forget about their customers once they reach a certain level but not these boys. Will be ordering again ??

Don’t even bother with this place. Just stick to Mr Ts. At least if the foods late you still know it’ll taste the same as it always does. Ordered food at 12:30. Didn’t receive it until 2:45am. The classic smash was burnt all the way through all I could taste was charcoal. The BD7 burger had hair in it. Worst tasting food I have ever had. They need proper management, the kids running it at the minute will be the end of the takeaway.
