Day light robbery £4.40 for a tiny chicken wrap with no chips which tasted off was fuming because it was my iftari and it messed my stomach up from last night ! Unfortunately food was a let down was still hungry after iftar springs is not how it used to be. Fortunately not coming back third time food was a miss for me and hubby.

Do not order in Ramadan! These guys can’t handle the pressure!Very disappointed with Springs. As a loyal customer for many years, we placed an order for a family Iftar at 4:50P. The order arrived via Uber within 50mins, only to turn out to be another customers order. After numerous calls, Springs apologised and asked us to place another order at 6PM (20mins before Iftar). On the Uber app Springs were not accepting orders, Springs online did not deliver to our postcode, and after 40mins of waiting on the phone without any answer we gave up. Appalling!

Food wasn't nice at all..the fish and chips were stale not fresh.donner pizza wasn't nice they burnt the donner that they put on pizza..And donner meat and chips weren't nice aswel..so I won't be ordering from springs anymore.

Very rude and arrogant customer service. they lack a sense of humour and cannot even treat customers with respect after making a mistake and getting an order wrong. They can't even try to be professional and reassuring. Can't recommend anyone after such an experience where upon the amount of time wasted on making my pizza, it was cold, stale and the wrong order. When brought to their notice they still did nothing and lied to have the wrong order redone.

This has to be the most incompetent place I've gotten deliveries from. I don't know who's in charge of reading orders and packing orders because they've missed off item Instructions several times so I've given them plenty of chances, even raised it to the guy who runs it when I walked in once and he assured me of their process to read orders but of course process only means something if you actually know it and follow it.All the special instructions for my order weren't followed which I paid £10 for and without it it's not the order I wanted, been looking forward to a dirty burger for weeks now.The food wasn't the best of quality this time but I would have just let that pass if they had atleast given me what I ordered.

Vegetarian options: They’ve all options for vegetarian food as well as allergic, you won’t regret it xxxParking: Honestly, it’s not free but you can park till you get your order ready as it’s paid street parking ?️
STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! They serve you rubbish poor quality portions and lie about the portion size straight to your face. Extremely unprofessional people liars , very rude and abusive to customers. After a horrific experience in their takeaway I had come home to find out that they had POISONED the food with some kind of substance . my young daughter could have become seriously ill or even killed!!! police now investigating them beware!

We ordered mix grill and their best pizza as they said , springs pizza . The quantity of mix grill was very less and the meat didn’t really taste good at all . Pizza has no meat inside and also found hair in it . Very dissatisfied. No value for money
