Got my 19th birthday cake today, was exactly what I asked for. Very happy with the cake as well as the service that I received 10/10 would definitely recommend this shop.

Cakes are mediocre. Staff need to learn to smile and interact with customers. Experienced this on multiple visits so must be the norm for this business. Wouldn’t recommend.

We popped in for after coffee and cake. The pistachio slice of cake was presented nicely however it was really dry and the flavouring of pistachio didn't come out.As a coffee lover, the latte was below standard and tasted like the output from an automated coffee machine - no coffee flavour and overly hot.We were very disappointed and would expect higher standards of a place that has the word patisserie in it

A really, clean, welcoming atmosphere. The cupcakes are absolutely divine. The owner is luvly and always accommodating. I needed some cupcakes there and then and she happily obliged.

It was nice and I liked it a lot, I asked for all vanilla and they did that. The cupcakes arrived fresh and well presented but I did think it was going to be regular buttercream so I'm slightly disappointed. Please specify which type of buttercream you use so everyone can know before buying.Thank you

Bought a chocolate cake from here for my sons 10th birthday and its was a massive hit! I wanted to try something different and it was absolutely amazing, fresh and delicious. The mousse and chocolate were a perfect combo! Guys don't sleep on this place! Price wise 100% value for money!

I ordered a birthday cake from these guys for my daughter’s second birthday. We have been to them once before and same again this time, the service was absolutely appalling. As soon as you enter the shop the lady behind the counter seems dis-interested. No eye contact, no real customer service given. I asked if she could show me a book of cakes so we could customise it. And all she said is what we have in the glass counter is all that is to offer. Shocking to say the least. Won’t be giving them my business next time that’s for sure! Stick to nafeez people. At least they can accommodate the customer.

She made faces when asked about the products and ignored me when I asked to see the cake after she had written a personal message for us. A please and a thank you wouldn’t cost the earth either.Plenty of good cake shops around Bradford, I would give this place a miss next time.
