I am disappointed. I ordered from this starbucks thrice, and only once was it actually made properly. I ordered a coffee with specific instructions, once, it was made perfectly. The second time, they didn't have heavy cream. Third time, they didn't have heavy cream and messsed up the order in more than one way. Once the barista knew of the many mistakes that she made when attempting to make my coffee, and instead of saying "Oh, I'm sorry, let me fix it." She left it with a simple, "Oops, I forgot." without even bothering to ask me if I wanted it fixed. Of course, she was frowning when I asked her (politely at the time) to fix my order. Would not recommend. Please fix your lack of heavy cream, and train your workers to be more socially aware. Thank you.

Visited the drive through this morning and asked for an Iced Pumpkin Spiced Latte. I was advised I needed to be registered on the app, which I found odd, but thought fair enough that drink isn’t offered all year around so they must want to offer it to members.Trying to be helpful and to keep things moving along, I decided to order something else.Anyway, there was a bit of a delay at the drive through, so whilst waiting I realised I had the app, so I asked for a spiced latte in addition to what I had ordered. I was told I would need to come back around to place my order. For a bit to context, there was only one car behind me.The jist of it is, they can make you wait but won’t allow the least bit of flexibility the other way. The girl who served me didn’t apologise and was pretty nonchalant when I said I’d leave a bad review.Not impressed and will certainly not be visiting this Starbucks again.

Called to this Starbucks for a coffee and to charge my car, the charger in their carpark has ripped me off (and others). Absolute joke, got ripped off with my overpriced coffee and then got charged £40 for 5mins electric car charge - stay away

One of the best Starbucks I've been to...what makes it better than the rest is the staff... really lovely thoughtful and caring and even considered the needs of my dog in the hot weather ensuring he had water etc. Drive through was excellent and very quick ... would definitely recommend this Starbucks as a stop off before you get on the motorway ?I certainly will every time!

Friendly staff but they were super busy. I think they made a few errors whilst I was there and drive thru was cash only. Place wasnt very clean.

Ordered a salted caramel cream cold brew, there was almost no taste of salted caramel, it was busy but just 2 staff working leading to long waiting times for drinks, the staff did apologise for the long wait which was good.
