I thought the staff were great and they have a good selection of food and drink but the toilet was awful it's dusty and needs cleaning and modernising. The restaurant needs a face-lift it looks shabby. I wouldn't want to spend that kind of money to sit here. Although my daughter loves it!

I come here often but recently I haven't been experiencing a good service. Whenever I ask for a customisation, I never get it. I don't get why you guys don't do that right and I hope I don't get charged extra for the customisation I never get. Also one of the times, just a week or two ago, I felt patronised, the worker was treating me like a child. I hope things improve otherwise this place is great but the service is getting poor.

Best coffee shop in Bradford. Maybe I should stop spending £5+ every morning on a coffee and save for a house like all the Gen X’s keep telling me to do…but the service is just too great to miss! The staff never fail to make me smile and brighten up my morning, and from what I’ve seen, remember almost everyone’s name and order. Thank you team Bradford!!!!❤️

The place was empty not surprise loud music and not very good music at that ..there seemed to be like a youth club 2 Asian girl acting like children at school laughing , messing about really loud could hear them over my head phone . One doing the other onesp hair behind counter There was another girl who seemed to be doing all the work nearly . Plain notice boards, I’m sure things use to written in there regularly.. i was in there over half an hour and every got there drink and went .. I’m not surprise I tend to go to Costa now .. not inviting place at all unless yr a student ..

This branch of Starbucks is dead in customer service ?. Sometimes one is rigid in manners and sometimes treating a customer like school children when they themselves behave like children.
Met my friend for a hot chocolate and a chat. The staff were very polite and helpful. The drinks were the same as all Starbucks.

Thursday 29th June 2023Next door to Bradfords Weatherspoons on Centenary Square is this easy going friendly well staffed well seated in and outdoors coffee house on my visit today I was very happy with everything I only had a vanilla lattee so did not eat so could not comment on food served in this establishment

Placed an Uber eats ordered paid extra for caramel drizzle and sugar for coffee received neither of them. Do not recommend.
