I came to Starbucks for a coffee. The staff were not welcoming at all. There was a young lady sitting with her feet and shoes up on the area where customers pick up their drinks. She was talking to one of the staff. When we walked to that area, the young lady said I better move, and the employee said you don’t have to. The area was not cleaned after her. We picked up our drinks, and then went to find a table. All the tables were dirty. I then asked if someone can clean them. Someone then came and cleaned. However, this should have been done earlier, as it was not busy and all the staff were chatting amongst themselves. Poor service and untidiness is very common in this Starbucks and if there was anywhere else to go, I would, but unfortunately it is the only place in the area. Some employees in this starbucks are really friendly and hard working, but unfortunately there are a few who are consistently rude and I truly feel that this Starbucks should have a serious secret shopper investigation to get rid of the rude and lazy employees.

Came in for a tea time drink on Friday 15th March. Staff didn't greet us and just kept talking to each other in an empty store. Served the drinks in paper cups saying dish washer broken which seems to be broken every other day. When asked about a proper cup staff very rude.the lady behind the counter did say she would put the drinks in proper cups. Only able to access half the store as half blocked off. Tables sticky and not washed. Seems to depend who is on duty to the level of service and professionalism you get. Very disappointed by today's visit.

Young girl who served me had no time to answer my questions about collecting points on my app. She was too busy laughing and talking in her language to her colleague and doing nothing.I still haven’t got my points. Doubt I’ll visit a Starbucks again after this experience.

Staff were acting as if they couldn't care less. Even though I was told that they would bring our food over to us once heated, they never did! The food was left on the counter to go cold, no one made any attempt to get our attention that the food was ready, and when I went up to get the food I was totally ignored and left to work out which food was mine.

First time being in this coffee shop. Absolutely filfy. The table we sat at was disgusting. The chairs were dirty full of food, and one of the chairs was ripped. I went to the toilet, what a disgrace. There was faeces in the toilet, the floor was full of water??? and dirty.

Although coffee was enjoyable cash still not taken only card. The staff member just said "no cash". Perhaps customers should have the choice. Will go back to Caffè Nero.

Staff always super friendly and hard working. They get super busy sometimes when drive through and shop busy together (plus online food orders). But they always work hard to get straight again after. Amazing considering they are all probably on pretty low wages working long shifts.I've seen them go above and beyond to look after the elderly or vulnerable adults / children too which is rare to see in many local cafes. I'll be back next week for sure :).

Customer service is non existent in this place. As this is the only coffee shop in the retail park i am forced to go seat there while waiting for my son and honestly the place is continuously going down. The times i usually visit are quite. Several staff members standing around doing nothing while the place is a mess. Paid £8 for two herbal teas and was served in a paper cup despite us requesting normal cups (staying in) Apparently this is the norm now ? there was plenty normal ceramic mugs behind the barista and was still refused?! Considering how expensive this place is some basic standaRds are expected. Very disappointing. I wont be returning again
