Weekend staff need more training don't know how to make a sub or the nachos at all.Staff threw the weekday time are spot on.

Not only was some of the food wrong but when my mum took a bite of her sub there was a metal staple that she nearly choke on. Absolutely appalling food safety. Need to take extra precautions to make sure that doesn’t happen,shocking.

1 guy on by himself was working on an uber order. Then he left those subs to the side whist he moved on to serve a customer in the Queue. There was 2 customers in front of me. By the time it was my turn another member of staff came in from her break. I ordered a salad box. So did the lady behind me. The guy mixed up the boxes and I was given the wrong order. I even asked him to double check the order. He said no this is yours. Anyway got home and had to nearly gip. Ended up driving back to get a refund. Was really put off and upset. Not good mistake to make. Then refund was by cash when I had paid by card. I needed to eat to take my medicine. This really made me feel ill. Had to then go and get some food from elsewhere. You can't get the staff these days. It's really sad.

So i went in to grab a quick sub but regretted it almost straight away, the girl that was there at 2pm today took 20 min making someone elses sub then it was my turn and it was like watching something in slow motion, 15min later it was done! I went home to find the wrapper was stuck to the sub, the bread was falling apart and the toppings looked like someone had thrown them at the bread from 6 feet away…had i have not collected it myself I would have been sure someone had run my sub over with a truck…she put all the sauce from the meatballs in my sub which ruined it. In the end i had to leave the bread and pick the meat out with a fork and eat it!

Went to get a footlong sub and 2 mozzarella mini subs and the young lad that works behind the counter just took the absolute p..s sorting the mozzarella sub, he went away and let the footlong sub to go cold and when asked to be a little quicker so Sandwich doesn't get cold he gave attitude and began to get rude with me and my sister. So we decided to leave the sub and mini subs because we weren't receiving a service that's poor and doesn't understand the customers. He needs re-training and needs some customer service skills!

I ordered steak foot long on uber eat. They sent by mistake chicken instead. Didn't want to get a refund as I instead did eat the chicken. Was starving already. Didn't want to waste more time. All in all apart from this great delivery service and customer service from subway staff with conversation over the phone. Regards

Not the best place for good bargains in comparison to other BnM stores. Despite large queue only one till was operating despite several staff members gallivanting the shop floor! This store needs better stock!
