I love going to Subways. This particular Subway really puzzles me. I've never seen so many people behind the counter. At one point there was at least 5 people behind the counter. Quite an operation! I found myself getting confused about who I need to talk to about my order. I can't say its any more efficient than other Subways I've been to.Parking: A whole retail park to park your carWheelchair accessibility: Flat going into the shop.

Very slow service with only one person working at the other just walking around doing nothing. The shop was filthy with no clean tables and floor covered and it was not busy at all .... one to avoid vs their other stores

Asian guy was so incompetent. Just chose not to check my Scottish currency and said he don’t have any change. Said its morning time. Well this is how you run business. Wait untill customers brings you enough change and then you can start taking cash.

This place needs a facelift, place inside not clean at all they must be paying council back handers for the hygiene rating, the lady staff members they had on the day of my visit 4/6/2023 they are bloody too slow serving other customers, when ordering they ask what you want on the sub it’s like they are on a ration they don’t want to give any salads or what ever etc overall the prices of foot long meal bloody extortionate. The subs are nothing special they make it sound mouthwatering with the advertisement. Should of gone down to Tesco to get bloody meal deal that works out better more value for money. It’s gone downhill since opening no love for customers or the place!!

Got my order totally wrong, added corn to my sandwich and I do no t like corn, so I had to take it out, and I was doing this I realized they didn't even add cheese to my cheese toasted sandwich, forgot my Gatorade, also forgot my cookies, didn't add cheese to my Nacho, whoever packed and made this order is a careless slob, never getting from here again, tried calling multiple times, no answer, shut this place down, because I'm not the only one star complaint.

I’d like to give the drink and cookies a 0 star since they didn’t even bother to pack them, the nachos were not only missing salsa but had also seemed to be a stand in for Jake Paul for the Tommy Fury fight as they look like they’d been punched to death before packing. The hash browns came as if they’d been bagged straight from the fridge. The sub had the wrong items on it and the wrap was somewhat passable. Avoid at all costs if you value your money and your self respect.
