The food was amazingg, cooked perfectly and the service was 10/10. We went for iftrai and they provided us with zam zam water and a fruit platter. Would definitely recommend!

Went to dine last night being the 10/03/2024.Booked a table for 7:30pm on the phone at 5:30pm.When we arrived at the venue, we were told to wait in our cars as our table weren’t ready. So while waiting in the car, I get a call from Suede at 8pm that the table is ready. As we put in our order at8:15pm, my wife then gets told 15 mins later that the Lamb shank isn’t available which was disappointing as the waiters and management should be working in conjunction with the chef and co. We finally got our order at 9pm which again was very slow. Baring in mind we didn’t order starters/Entree’s. My wife then had to order something else which weren’t great as it was very bland and the sides weren’t up to scratch. My Sirloin that was supposed to be 300g, was small and completely burnt from the sides and ends. My son ordered a Cajun burger and there was no burger bun like normal. The chicken was a very small piece of breast. It seemed like it was more of a Panini than a burger. The peppercorn sauce was a very small portion, the smallest I have ever seen at any steak place. Watering staff were miserable and hardly cracked a smile. I’m someone the travels up and down the country trying out food and this by far is my worst experience. I spent over £100 for this rubbish. Overly expensive and not worth the money. Suede really needs to work on their chicken steak options. There was nothing in terms of chicken and the standard of cooked meat was poor.If the food was great, I wouldn’t mind the wait nor the expense. In the end, we had to grab a takeaway as the kids were still hungry. Bad experience, and I will never visit again that’s for sure. This is supposed to be a high end steak house, even Howdy’s and Torro’s have better food and service. The chef was a miserable sod too. ?

Arrived all the way Birmingham, Alhamdulillah very catering and superb hospitality far from my expectations Allah Humma Barik Lahu. Lovely young gentleman who was well read and highly spoken of the menu and did not disappoint! Definitely returning as the atmosphere was exquisite Masha’Allah!
