Lovely pub really nice atmosphere and very friendly , went for Christmas Dinner with 10 work friends and every part of it was lovely, each starter main and dessert was served hot and really good quality, had a lovely evening.Vegetarian options: Options for vegetarian

Never had a bad steak ? from here always ? cooked to perfection ? can't say that about any other food pubs locally and defo beats all the chain pubs . And I love my steak..... so I'm a good judge lol ?

Great staff, very friendly and attentive. The meals were very tasty and well presented. The specials were very generously portioned and reasonably priced at £10-£11. Good location and plenty available parking. Some of the regulars were a bit boisterous but seemed friendly enough.

In the trade myself I recognise good service and the rest . Two ladies behind the bar Busy , attentive and great personalities. Clearly enjoying their craft and interacting with all customers.. Prices and quality of beer excellent . If all pubs were like this you wouldn’t drink at home . Although I live locally (moved here a year ago ) Don’t often call in Will spend more time in this warm company
You could nt beat this place for food quality and price ...what a proper nice place .the staff can't do enough for you ...Best pub by far in the area

So affordable, which makes a real difference in This financial climate. Dog friendly and amazing chips! The staff are very friendly, the only thing what would have made the experience better was a bit of music. Nevertheless will return!
