Service was brilliant for me and my family of 6, they all confessed they enjoyed the visit to Bradford Toby. However Stevo the carver, took real pride to deliver s service second to none for my children & grandchildren, OLD SCHOOL Customer Service. It was brilliant, staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Lovely Geordie chef behind the meat but reminded me of home and was amazing with my kids, the other chef also helped my little girl without being asked.Staff were really quick to tidy up, handled it getting busy really well. Everything was clean and easy to find. Manager behind the bar was incredibly friendly too and was from near me! Brill place.

Mia the bartender was amazing, working solo on the bar at such a busy time, she remained pleasant and friendly delivering excellent customer service and although busy she remained calm at all times. Truly a asset to the establishment and needs to be appreciated.Parking: spacious

Just been and had my Sunday carvery like I do every week. Normally go elsewhere. Definitely won’t be stepping though the doors again. Absolute shambles. Main day of the roast and ran out of Yorkshire puddings had to wait 10-15 mins or more for some more to come out the kitchen. 15 costumers later then ran out again so had to wait again. I wanted a meat free carvery like I always get and have 2 Yorkshires but no I could have them only have 2 if you having a large. Well I’m not having the meat so should get another Yorkshire to make up for it. After eating waiting to pay it like waiting for Christmas it’s like they know there service is rubbish and don’t want to take your money. I think they need to shut the place down have a serious chat with there staff and shut the kitchen sort out there coming facilities and try again.!!!

We had no issues whatsoever whilst we were there, all staff were so polite. Special mention to the chef serving the carvery, he was extremely polite, smile on his face, making conversation with every customer, asking how our day was going etc. What a lovely young man! He deserves a special mention, he made our day he was lovely, I even said to my daughter when we went to sit down what a lovely young man.

It's a really good place for a roast. Steve, I think, is a great asset to this branch; very friendly and welcoming.My only complaint is that if you order something off of the menu, such as a dessert, it takes a really long time to come and that's even if the carvery is empty!Other than that, it's worth a visit.

Ordered 3 x adult carvery’s and a child’s carvery from deliveroo, after waiting 1.5hrs for it , all the extras we paid for and the beef we asked for hadn’t been delivered. I phoned the restaurant to be told they wasn’t prepared to send a delivery driver out with our missing items and I had to use the app to make a claim , absolute shocking customer service and the food was cold to add to the poor service….

Lovely carvery I had the prawn cocktail followed by pork and turkey carvery the staff were very helpful in a well organised restaurant… I went to the toilet to find my plate cleared but they were very helpful offering me to go up and get more food or a dessert if I wanted

We went at 2.30pm and had two courses for £9.99!!! Absolute bargain!!! The carvery was tasty and the meat wasn't dried out which was great, there was a great veg selection and the gravy was nice too. I had crumble for pudding which was nice but the crumble hadn't browned so could have done with been in abit longer. Staff were attentive and polite, they could do with some extra staff behind the bar and serving as there was quite abit of a wait. The pub itself is in desperate need of updating. It looks dirty even though it's not. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and will definitely go back?

Good food. Staff were very friendly. We came near closing time and I did not expect they would bring out a new beef when I wanted some in the carvery. Very happy and will definitely come back when in the area again.

Food and service overall good.Cleanliness could be improved slightly but think this was due to quick turn round of table.Chef's were good, polite and well mannered but think the kitchen must be hot as hell and maybe not well ventilated, lots of sweat, some in food.When they dropped the food down some of the sweat did hit the roasties but appreciate must be hot and looked heavy but went for the non-sweat flavoured variety.Would recommend facilities for chefs to wipe sweat as some did drip or just improve the kitchen's ventilation?The table still had the remnants of its previous occupants with some mashed potatoes smeared on the seat but would be hard to spot as even I didn't and got mash on my bottom, it happens.Got stung by car park charge but really fast to sort out but 85 quid, gulp!Might be worth reviewing as definitely put my details in but overall the experience of doing this makes the atmosphere slightly unpleasant on entry and could be improved as feels dystopic and Orwellian and probably losing customers due to it.

Came here to use our group on voucher wasn't busy food was ok beef really fatty but what wasnt great was for my dessert i had a brownie and it had a peice of plastic string baked into it the waitress couldnt refund as it was part of voucher so gave us our soft drinks free
