Booked a table for 8, 5pm Saturday. Table ready as we arrived, quickly seated, menu's given out and drinks ordered. Food came promptly was as we ordered and served with a smile. Food was good and no complaints, desserts were ordered and served promptly. The service we received was first class and friendly, faultless. Just over £200, was the bill, 6 Adults and 2 kids, a little expensive I though especially the deserts, drinks expensive as you would expect. Overall a pleasure and would dine there again

Disappointing. Some waitresses do have an attitude problem whilst others are very polite, kind, and helpful. The food is overpriced, and though it mostly tastes nice, it is not value for money. The pizzas are like something home made and the portion sizes are quite small for the price. To add onions to a pizza costs about £2.50 and when the pizza arives, it has about 5 small onion pieces scattered across it. I would not go again and cannot recommend. Big name but very disappointing place. There is better out there. Zizi's really need to improve.

Overpriced, not very good, chicken dry,no sauce, very limited choice. Lovely staff, but apparently the menu had been changed so what should have come with sauce didn't. Chicken escalope a couple of fried small potatoes and undercooked green beans+spinach.Certainly not worth £16.95.

Went for lunch today, absolutely beautiful food, amazing service from Emma. We've booked to come again next week as a party of 9 we enjoyed it so much. Thanks again. Couldn't fault anything at all.

I’ve never ate worst pizza. It was soggy, blant and sauce on pizza was awful. Old black mushrooms on top :( It wasn’t worth 30£. I am very dissapointed.

Came here with a friend, and was quite disappointed as usual. Every time I come to this branch of zizzi I’m devastated. We started the order with garlic bread and calamari, the caramelised onions were quite literally on 2 pieces of the garlic bread. Then our main cam, we specifically asked for the pasta to come with no bacon slices however, when the waitress cam with the dish… she had brought us the pasta with the bacon pieces. That wasn’t an issue because she quickly exchanged it. The pasta cam and it so salty and the pasta itself was quite hard, almost as of it was under cookedThen our desserts came, we ordered the Christmas platter for 2. That was honestly the worst thing I have ever ordered. Everything on that plate was store bought. The brownies, waffles, lady fingers and the meringue. It was horrible and we couldn’t even eat it. I don’t know why that was even on the menu.

We were booked as a party of 8, we were contacted several times to make order before we went, told not able to keep a table without and without giving cards details. Not told until we had sat down they don’t accept cash! The place was empty, 1 other table when we got there and none by time we left. 3 people ordered spaghetti Pomodoro, all Luke warm, the chocolate melt after was warmer! This came after 20 mins when they said would bring straight out. As soon as we left at 22.00, they turned the lights out. Only saving grace was our young server bless her who was lovely.

Food was great but service was a bit lacking. Was left waiting a long time between ordering drinks and ordering food.We would have ordered desserts but gave up after waiting nearly half an hour after being given the menus. In the end we had to flag someone down to get our bill so that we could pay & leave.

I've never been as unwell with sickness and diarrhoea following a luke warm meal at this place. Another member of the party had the same as me also luke warm, and also got sick. Not interested in ever stepping foot through their doors again!

Appalling meal! 6 of us went in for a meal after Theatre. There was only one other group (of about 10) diners in. Said they wete short staffed so meals took a very long time (about 40 minute wait between starters and main!). Meals when arrived were not as described in the menu and they had no potatoes delivered apparently so these had to be substituted with fries. My king prawn starter had a half raw prawn on the Skewer.
