Rather tired \\u0026 grubby services on M62, functional with all needed services. Parking, fuel, toilets and fast food. Stop here only if you need a rest or one of the above.

The touch screens were down so you had to order at the counter. We're there was only one person preparing the ready orders. Another person finally came to help, order taken then wait for our order. Food was nice, tasty and fresh

Service is always poor, been here twice now. Staff always shouting and having a natter. Qs always long. Good was cold and when I took it back to complain, they said it would be 15 minute wait as they have nothing in. No manager in sight. I hope its not a franchise or the owners losing cash left right and centre.

Called for a drink, there was about 6 people waiting to get served. There were 2 members of staff. One staff was cleaning the counter the other seemed to be checking dates on sandwiches. The queue was completely ignored. The staff seemed to be ignoring the customers deliberately, always finding something else to do instead of serve.

Good to see the chargers being used more often! What a suprise to see 3 Teslas here at once and they are all white! Wow!

I tend to keep my fast food reviews to the point and unforgiving with them being a franchise business. Firstly, you cannot use the KFC app or the offers at this restaurant. The place was busier that I expected on a Sunday evening.\\n\\nThe the staff were not customer focused and interactions were curt and seemingly cold. The tub of gravy was placed in the box with the food, that's a big no no to me and a hygiene issue that should be avoided.\\n\\nThe food was ok, the batter on my boned chicken was a bit lacking and not up to the usual standard and the gravy was under filled and watery. These both seemed like cost cutting to me, but you do tend to see this in these services franchises as they think less about customer retention than the urban franchises do.\\n\\nPrices were hiked as usual by £1-2 per meal but I expected that.

Arrived at an incredibly busy time to get served.\\nStaff did their very best to serve orders as quickly as possible, but overall feel was frustrating, and had to rush your food down, considering we had to get back on a coach for a certain time.\\nOk.but far from excellent.

Aside from the almost to be expected premium prices, this dingy outlet exists in a customer service vacuum if my visit is anything to go by. Touch screen units that don’t issue receipts, to an ambience that’s part gangster and part Little Britain. From the flat pop, to the watery gravy, to the saladless, rather sad chicken fillet burger and tiny portion of slightly underdone fries, this outlet upholds the last bastion of 1970s style service station disappointment. By the end of it you’re almost too tired to complain.

While I understand things go wrong the attitude of the female staff who's till draw wasn't opening was a disgrace..she was rude to customers, rolled her eyes at my partner as if he was stupid, took 30 mins to get served, plenty of staff but no one serving apart from 1 young lad..ive worked in catering many years and is have sacked her a long time ago

Worst KFC I've ever been to. People didn't know how to do there job. Constantly getting orders wrong. To make matters worse. The waiting time was at least 40 mins. This is disgraceful for "fast food". The cause of all of this was that fact that FOUR staff members went on their break at the same time, leaving only 3 staff (1 cooking, 2 serving). I don't think I will EVER visit this place again. Doesn't even deserve 1 star!!!!

A typical KFC; The food and service is as you would expect from a KFC; although the wait was a little longer than I'm use to; but it was a busy period
