I tend to keep my fast food reviews to the point and unforgiving with them being a franchise business. Firstly, you cannot use the KFC app or the offers at this restaurant. The place was busier that I expected on a Sunday evening.\\n\\nThe the staff were not customer focused and interactions were curt and seemingly cold. Arrived at an incredibly busy time to get served.\\nStaff did their very best to serve orders as quickly as possible,but overall feel was frustrating,and had to rush your food down,considering we had to get back on a coach for a certain time.\\nOk.but far from excellent.

The touch screens were down so you had to order at the counter. We're there was only one person preparing the ready orders. Another person finally came to help, order taken then wait for our order. Food was nice, tasty and fresh
