Motorway café with motorway prices. Had our lunch (sandwiches) outside at picnic table, then went inside Starbucks. More ambience than most soulless motor way cafes. Don't really like Starbuck coffee but nothing else available!
One of the best customer service experience in Starbucks. I was served by Charley and she is an absolute star and made my day. Very polite & helpful. Being a gold member she made me a trial for Christmas blend & i loved it so much end up buying the large Latte with extra shot. A must visit store with all the staff being polite and humble.

Just off the M62 on my way to Leeds for business. Staff were very friendly and even asked what I was up to today. The usual, consistent high quality of coffee that was served quickly and allowed me to get back on my way.
