Visited the drive thru shop (as there's also one within the welcome break). My partner waited to get served while I went to the toilet and was still stood there when I came out. The two young girls working had completely ignored him. One was cleaning and the other doing nothing. They had looked and seen he was there and just gone on with what they were doing. We were the only customers in the shop at the time so I'm only to assume they didn't want us there. Absolutely disgusted we left and went to the other starbucks which was no better. We left and went elsewhere. Amazing such a simple thing can leave such a bad impression and ruin your general view of a company. Never visited somewhere who just ignores customers, I don't get to to that in my job. Really think whoever is the manager needs to step in and talk to their staff who think it's okay to just blank customers, would never come back here.

Using the plight of under paid coffee workers and fair trade as a marketing tool meanwhile they not paying them much either comparative to how much they charge for the coffee. Also avoiding tax and pushing out small local cafes. Stop using them!

Just off the M62 on my way to Leeds for business. Staff were very friendly and even asked what I was up to today. The usual, consistent high quality of coffee that was served quickly and allowed me to get back on my way.

Nice coffee, so much better there competition, the coffee is really nice taste. Try both of the two that are on the high street and you can tell the difference.

Terrible experience at around 12noon, 20th august asked for two teas and paid for them,told me they ran out of tea bags, waited 10 minutes for someone to find some tea bags, no apologies, staff just shrugged shoylerrs and blamed it on whoever orders tea bags, subway right opposite had a huge bag of tea bags!!starb Star need to learn from subwaS which is where I will go in future ☹ï¸dusgu disgu customer service
