“It's very rare me and my partner go out to eat, we decided to come to Frankie and Benny's this evening for a little date night. We both ordered burgers, I got classic chees and he got double bacon. My burger was spot on however my partners was a bit under cooked. He doesn't like to complain so he ate what he could and left the rest, when we finished the waiter took our plates away and we asked for the bill still not mentioned the undercooked burger. As we waited for our bill the waiter came back to the table and said he noticed that the burger was undercooked, he said he spoke to the kitchen staff and the manager and due to the undercooked meat they decided to take some money off our bill. Me and my partner just looked at each other in shock and thanked the waiter, for being so lovely and kind it's not very often you get people like that these days. The service was amazing......
