It's very rare me and my partner go out to eat, we decided to come to Frankie and Benny's this evening for a little date night. We both ordered burgers, I got classic chees and he got double bacon. My burger was spot on however my partners was a bit under cooked. Waiting staff brilliant, food good but one or two issues, calzone pizza had no cheese in which was shown to the waiter, but advised we did not want a replacement but letting him know, he accepted and apologised which was fine. The issue came when waiters came over again to apologise as they had spoken to the manager who said she did not believe the cheese was missing and we were lying. Only noticed the lunch deal on my way by when considering where to eat and in I went to order there is much more choice of pasta dishes and drinks than in similar restaurants in the same centre and with top class service with a smile.Dietary restrictions: An excellent choice of alternatives for every course.
