Food was appalling. One of my parties ribs were pink and inedible. The manager that night told us they couldn't not be cooked as they were cooked before they received them and they just reheated them which considering the ribs alone were £23 is a disgrace. My friend was offered something else free of charge. Chicken was hard which is explainable if they are also cooked prior and reheated. You can go to a wetherspoons to get reheated food for half the price. Its not the Frankie and Bennys it was. That said our waiter was lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Shame he's forced to serve his guests sub standard food.

It is not what it was a couple of year ago. Quality is nit that good anymore. Unfortunately we had a waitress not very nice at all, so I didn’t enjoyed.Kid-friendliness: Party for Kids.

It's very rare me and my partner go out to eat, we decided to come to Frankie and Benny's this evening for a little date night. We both ordered burgers, I got classic chees and he got double bacon. My burger was spot on however my partners was a bit under cooked. He doesn't like to complain so he ate what he could and left the rest, when we finished the waiter took our plates away and we asked for the bill still not mentioned the undercooked burger. As we waited for our bill the waiter came back to the table and said he noticed that the burger was undercooked, he said he spoke to the kitchen staff and the manager and due to the undercooked meat they decided to take some money off our bill. Me and my partner just looked at each other in shock and thanked the waiter, for being so lovely and kind it's not very often you get people like that these days. The service was amazing...... Thank you for a great evening ❤

Waiting staff brilliant, food good but one or two issues, calzone pizza had no cheese in which was shown to the waiter, but advised we did not want a replacement but letting him know, he accepted and apologised which was fine. The issue came when waiters came over again to apologise as they had spoken to the manager who said she did not believe the cheese was missing and we were lying. The waiter who witnessed this said he had witnessed and she told him to ‘knock 1 pound off’. Appalling customer service for the manager to suggest we were lying, but also not to communicate with us in person. Very very poor customer service and would suggest this so called ‘manager’ needs some retraining. All other staff spot on and the server was tipped in cash!! Sort it out Frankie and Benny’s!! We pay good money for good service and this should come from the top. It’s a poor day when the general staff are more professional than the management team!!!

Only noticed the lunch deal on my way by when considering where to eat and in I went to order there is much more choice of pasta dishes and drinks than in similar restaurants in the same centre and with top class service with a smile.Dietary restrictions: An excellent choice of alternatives for every course.

Vegetarian starter had bacon and two black hairs in it; main had an ingredient that was told had been left off and the "cheese" on the hot lava fries was a sauce that everyone at the table agreed was inedible (and cost a nearly £3 extra charge).

We visited F&B on a Sunday afternoon as a family of 4. Having been regular visitors previously, we chose F&B as we thought we knew what we would be getting - we were wrong. Staff all seemed pi$$ed off to be in work, nobody smiling, no interaction, just transactional service. More staff taking their break sat in the restaurant or sat playing on their phones than actually serving. Food was terrible. Starters were clearly pre-prepared and then warmed up, meatballs were tepid at best. Kids dough balls were served cold with some dried out veg sticks and no butter. The “small plate” of pasta on the kids meals was again warmed up and sloppy, 0 for presentation, the lasagne pizza was diabolical, it was essentially a garlic bread with 5 burnt pasta twists dropped on top - certainly not worth the £15 or so it cost and nowhere near on par with pizza express or Zizzi. Really poor food and very disappointing compared to what it was previously. Was a really good place for a family meal previously, however based on the staff and the food we unfortunately won’t be returning.

Took family tonight for a birthday meal was very disappointed. We had booked a table and were shown to a table really quickly, however we were then ignored for some time. A waitress walked straight past our table and took orders from 2 other families that came in after us. Eventually another waitress came for our order. The menu is limited and overpriced. The food average. Great kids meals though. Won't be back

Lovely food and atmosphere.

Just average. Doubt I'll return anytime soon. Went for a breakfast on the bank holiday monday. No eggs. No eggs at all.So half the menu wasn't correct. No alternative offered. Did ask for something as a replacement for the egg missing. The server was hesitant about extra bacon and said they would need to check. I then asked for mushrooms and they happily agreed.Slow service in general. Had two under 3s and the server did provide crayons and colouring sheets. Breakfast took 20 minutes to arrive. Coffee arrived less than 5 minutes before the brwadkasy. Restruant wasn't overly busy.

Very good value for money and very nice food. Service by our waiter Elaine was superb. I had the chicken strips starter and the carbonara main, which had plenty of bacon in it and was very tasty. Lost one star due to being seated at a table that had a lot of loose pepper granules Elaine cleared it up and couldn't understand why we had been seated there in the first place as it was the table they had used to refill the salt and pepper mills, and it was near the kitchen doors. Would definitely go back to the Junction 32, Doncaster restaurant again.Parking: Junction 32 has plenty of parking just a short walk away from the restaurantWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room within the restaurant
