“Where to start, we go to this restaurant quite a bit and it's always good, but today the staff went above and beyond to make our experience just perfect. The food was amazing as always. The puddings all sounded amazing, but we were struggling to decide, so the manager brought out the two puddings we ordered and a small taster of the third pudding we had wanted! The staff make every restaurant, and the staff at this place are a credit to ASK. Two people that made our experience special were Charlie and Christina - message to ASK management, if you don't promote these ladies you're missing a trick!!!”

“It's very rare me and my partner go out to eat, we decided to come to Frankie and Benny's this evening for a little date night. We both ordered burgers, I got classic chees and he got double bacon. My burger was spot on however my partners was a bit under cooked. He doesn't like to complain so he ate what he could and left the rest, when we finished the waiter took our plates away and we asked for the bill still not mentioned the undercooked burger. As we waited for our bill the waiter came back to the table and said he noticed that the burger was undercooked, he said he spoke to the kitchen staff and the manager and due to the undercooked meat they decided to take some money off our bill. Me and my partner just looked at each other in shock and thanked the waiter, for being so lovely and kind it's not very often you get people like that these days. The service was amazing...... “I'm shocked that this place has such low reviews. Whenever I've had food from here (walk in, or order over the phone to collect) it's always been very tasty, as far as this type of takeaway food goes and it's usually my go to takeaway in Cas. I am vegetarian though so can't speak for the meat based dishes, but the veggie food I've had has always been delicious. The lady taking orders on the counter and phone is always so polite and friendly as well, but I can imagine she probably has to deal with all sorts of unnecessary abuse from customers, so I appreciate her friendly manner and professionalism whenever I've dealt with her. I guess maybe collect your food rather than get it delivered as that seems to be the main issue with these reviews?”
