Very disappointed, I’ve used this take away for over 10 years.On calling to kindly let them no that the food was not good. The response was ( come see me if you don’t like it) very professional. Will never ? use this take away again.

Food used to be very good here but the last two times I have been it's been very poor. The one thing to avoid is the chicken. They are using the frozen chicken impregnated with water which makes it blow up and look bigger the down side is it it tastes disgusting as it is wet and sticky no matter how long it is cooked.

Two out of the three meals were obviously old and inedible. Rang up to complain as we use them regularly and normally very good but won’t be using again as when I called to complain they put phone down on us.

Absolutely disgusting we’ve used this Chinese take away for years but after tonight we’ll never use them again had to return both main meals due to the chicken been un cooked and slimy and to add insult they tried short changing me with the refund

Previous meals have been good as a regular customer. But on the one occasion I complained about my beef in black bean sauce That I wouldn’t of given to the dog I was made to feel like a con man trying to beg a free meal . They were arguing on the phone between themselves whether the give me a replacement meal . The outcome was I’ll never ever go back again .
Placed order of 3 mains with side dishes (which are included or a small amount extra, which we expected as this is the case with all others) and portions of onion rings and beansprouts. Informed that it would usual 30-40 minutes. Order came with side dish of noodles, one of salt and pepper chips, but one of ordinary chips missing. This happens stvtimes at other take aways they are happy to drop missing items back off when you call! Rang straight away to be rudely told I had not ordered any (I order methodically main with side each time and extras afterwards). I informed them I had ordered them and they were missing to be told again that I hadn't trying to make out I was lying. I said why would I order a main dish without a side dish, I wouldn't. Was asked to hold, then when the person came back they said they would send a portion of chips I would have to pay for and wouldn't charge the delivery cost like they were doing me a favour providing what they had missed off my just over £30 order!!!! Told them to forget it and hung up. Also told my family do not ask to order from here ever again as it won't be happening and I would never recommend them ever. This comment will be shared as widely as possible!!!

Just had a delivery of piping hot food sweet and Sour King prawn. plus beef Satay with rice and spring rolls.Stunning food really enjoyed it. I'll be back ?
