Considering it says the kitchen closes at 9 we got refused service at 8. When I went to go and speak to them about their open times the manager sent over her poor waitress rather than coming herself after saying that we had just walked in. Considering you’re the manager shouldn’t you come speak to us yourself? Wouldn’t mind but we wanted carvery and there was over half of each meat left so it wasn’t like we wanted them to cook full blown 3 course meals. Just to add, manager needs to be better at her job

I have not been in here for a while and I wished I had not bothered my wife got fish and chips with mushy peas and I ordered a couple of slices of bread and butter my wife said her fish tasted earthy and most of the chips were dried out and hard as for the bread it was rock hard don't know where they got it from they did offer to replace it but we had a refund instead. Now my meal I ordered chicken tikka masala with half rice and half chips with mango chutney naam bread never got my mango chutney naam bread was like a piece of dried up cardboard which I complained about and they replaced it straight away as for the chips they were dried out and hard. I don't think we will be going back there again just total garbage just wish I had gone to the chippy up the road food cooked to order not like heathfield farm absolutely rubbish.

Came to the heath field for my breakfast at 10:45 . on the menu. It says breakfast finish at 11 o’clock. in front of us. They took all the breakfast away and they could’ve served use There was three of us. .The manager was absolutely disgraceful she treat us like Dogs When I go to the partners Silkwood farm we get a quality service there. She failed miserably . there was also alterations at the bar where they were serving alcohol before 11 am . The manager there is not fit for purpose beware .

Love this place, food spot on. Service good. Got very busy after 12.
Really disappointed. Arrived as booked and told them was birthday for daughter. No booking told to sit were we wanted. Ordered carvery , told no turkey. That's fine as long as other meats. Paid and then told only left with Gammon and half of the veg off. Cancelled carvery and partner had something else. Deserts off as fridge closed and some cancelled , daughters birthday and deserts off. No apologies, actually tried to charge more when changed from carvery even though new option cheaper. So disappointed

Me and my partner come for breakfast this morning service was shocking spoke to you like rubbish food was bad nothing left to pick from either definitely wont be coming for breakfast agen.
