Food was average at best. Senior management were appalling, speaking down to younger members of staff - in particular the waitresses. The facilities were poor. If I’m being brutally honest I would avoid if you’re looking for somewhere nice to eat.

Very nice. We and our friends eat here frequently and always enjoy the food, the service and the ambiance. Luigi is a real character who always makes you feel like you are valued friends.

a fantastic place to dine. true if typical of southern Italy. great atmosphere. That generation that knows how to look after their custom.

The ham in the meal too chunky and too much to eat. Garlic bread lovely.

I ordered a pollo pizza for takeaway, I was late he kept the shop open for me, lovely guy., I sat in the car the smell was divine, as you do.... Had to take a bite, open the box and the pizza is cut in four pieces.. Luigi ment business... I took the first bite..and you know what... Luigi ment business. It was unbelievable one of the nicest pizzas I've had in a long long time... The picture I've added, is when I actually felt sad that the pizza was ending. Bravo

First time visiting the Cleckheaton restaurant.Staff were friendly and welcoming.Ordered the Pollo a la crème for myself and my partner had the King prawn a la crème with a dish of vegetables and chips which we shared. The food was delicious, ate everything we were given, would definitely recommend a visit!

Food here at cleckheaton is always very nice. Staff were welcoming as usual.Only 3 tables in at about 6.30pm. So the atmosphere was somewhat lacking from when we've been before. Sometimes not being very busy means good service. Also quicker service. We have previously gone to the Batley one.Ordered a deavola pizza. This was too hot to eat. Loads of chillies which we never ordered.I should have sent it back really. We ordered from the menu 2 course's 2 for £16.00. After having the 2 course's we had a brief chat and decided to go for the 3 course's for £20.00.They brought the dessert menu. We chose from the dessert menu . When the bill came we were charge more than expected. On challenging this when we went to pay, they said our dessert was not part of the 3 for £20.00.They knew we had ordered from the 2 for £16.00. So should have known we should have been charged for the 3 for £20.00.Should have argued this at the time. However we have decided to not return here again.Felt cheated. This is a shame as we've used this restaurant for about 10 years. They may have gained a couple of £'s that day. They will lose hundreds more from our family in the long run now. What a shame for a good restaurant. All for a bit of greed.

What a great little hidden treasure. Very welcoming staff & ownership. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Making sure our experience at the restaurant was great, answering any questions we had. The food, well, the food was absolutely gorgeous & very filling. Very impressed & will definitely be visiting again.
