I ordered a pizza through the website and was given a 45min wait time. Pizza didn't turn up. I phoned to find out where it was after giving them another 15 mins grace. They told me it would be another 15 mins wait so I decided to cancel and asked for a refund which was initially accepted and the pizza offered for free so they delivered it anyway, an hour and a half after ordering. The refund wasn't honoured and was taken from my account anyway. Scum food outlets like this need to close asap. I won't be going again and will be spreading the word to stay away around Cleckheaton. I highly recommend Pizza Outlet in Spenborough as an alternative.

Shocking service, ordered a vegetarian pizza that looked fine only to realise once eating that there was pepperoni on it which the cheese had partially covered.Rang furious as I don’t eat meat, all they offered was a replacement that they said would be 10 minutes max which took 35 minutes with no apology (the delivery guy actually laughed when I gave him back the first pizza) and again was a pretty poor pizza.I’d avoid this place, especially if you are vegetation or vegan, maybe even if you’ve got allergies as who knows what they are putting on your pizza!

I ordered my food at 9:00. The place was closing at 11 and I didn’t get my food till half 11 which makes no sense at all. I had to ring to find out what was happening and to be fair the place was busy apparently so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then when It did arrive the delivery guy told me to have some patience. I thought he was joking at first and started saying we were busy. The guy should be apologising for being 2 hour late not telling me to be.patient. Never had a problem with that place until that last night. Food was awful as well. It was cold and burnt. They had 2 hours to make the food and couldn’t get it right. If you want cold pizza or burnt pizza then order from here ??

Ton of cheese barely any pepperoni, but was edible
Average pizza and shocking service / delivery times. Not sure if it has changed hands recently, but it's gone drastically down hill. Don't even bother trying to use their app to order. We have tried it numerous times and they just don't receive the orders. I've called to check and no apology is given. If your not going to run your app orders get rid of the bloody thing! Will be looking for somewhere to order from now on, which is a shame because we've used mama roma for years.

Ordered Pollo di spinaci pasta. Telephone service very efficient and friendly. Delivery was efficient and friendly.Chose penne with mozzarella and parmesan..Oh my goodness was it lovely, it was very tasty well full of flavour and came with couple of slices of delicious garlic bread. Dish so plentiful got a good bit left for tomorrow. Would highly recommend to others .

After a long, hard day at work and getting home weary and hungry, I met the manager of Mamma Roma outside the takeaway! As he does so often, he asked me “are you hungry?”.He made me the most amazingly tasty, hot and jam packed full of toppings, pizza ?Thank you ? you’ve never disappointed.If you haven’t tried a Mamma Roma then you’re missing out!!

We ordered 3 family size pizza's which where over cooked with barley any cheese on them. On one pizza there where about 3 slices that had no cheese, topping or anything on them. My order status said delivered over 5 mins before arriving which got me confused. The staff on the phone was very polite and professional but other than that a very bad experience. ?

Another burnt pizza.... When your putting every pizza through a giant Spanish toasting machine with a rack that slowly goes through, how can you judge what toppings bake faster than others. Obviously can't, if you can let me know what pizza you've tested on the same speed of the conveyor belt, let me know please, cos I'll order that so it's edible, after 3 years of not using you, we'd thought we'd try again, still as dire and burnt as ever.
