Popped in to get my boy a number 2 helium balloon yesterday for his birthday and by time got home is half deflated. Was told by lady on desk it can happen due to weather but was quite mild outside. Now totally deflated less than 24 hours later and one very disappointed boy. Plus took 10 minutes (maybe longer) to be served as only 1 person on at the time. Staff are friendly and helpful but the organisation of the store is, I think, awful. There is never anywhere near enough tills open, there is a big shortage of small trolleys and the system of self scanning is only available to customers with a smart phone. This, I feel is discriminatory against elderly people who are more likely not to have such a device.
