Disgusted with service experienced yesterday in Asda, the self scan check outs were broke only a few tills on and ques were taking twists in to other aisles when I approached a team leader on shop floor to give him feedback he couldn’t careless and carried on and said it’s always like thisPeople haven’t got time to stand around on your shop floors when will you take serving customers seriouslyI hope someone reads this and takes notes

Would just like to say a massive thankyou to the security guard that was on tonight and 2 members of staff (didn’t catch there name) that was a massive help to me tonight after finishing a long day at work I broke down in the car park and they was all a massive help when I was going out my mind can not thank them all enough

I always shop from asda never interacted with staff but yesterday exchanged something the staff was so rude and disrespectful at the exchanging desk. I feel so embarrassed while she was showing me attitude to answer what i was asking for.
Been shopping here for over 10 years and never had a problem, recently I seeing chavie workers here who don’t know how to talk to customers, i asked a staff member where the rowse manuka honey is, she replied saying “ I worked here a long time and never heard of it” with a sarcastic voice, and walked on, I have added a picture of it so that you guys know what you sell, staff training in customer service is really needed again here the lady’s working In the coffee shop are rude as hell

Overcharged at the self service petrol station.A rip off! Price on the board 1.37.7 per litre but when I checked on the pump screen and I have paid 1.49.7. A difference of 12p per litre. I thought Asda petrol is the cheapest in the town but I didn’t know this how Asda ripping thier customers off. Beware when you get your petrol from Asda!
