We used to go here alot just for the meatball subs ( not anymore) the ginger guy cannot be bothered to make meatballs he will say meatballs served after 11am.THIS IS A LIE!!!They should be served from 9am the manager said when we complained.Manager a lovely guy by the way but your staff ruining it.We been a few times and the guy still says no meatballs till 11am so we won't be returning sorry.

Absolutely shocking DO NOT ORDER FROM SUBWAY BRANDLESHOME!!!Hardly any meat ordered meatballs didnt get them as they cant be bothered making any full stop none of the 4 foot long subs were toasted wrong cheese on all of the subs basically the worst subway ever ordered from if you do order from here order double meat or you will get nothing but salad in between a piece of bread 0 stars

Very slow, the two staff members were not organised at all pointless ordering anything hot because by the time they had finished the order it was cold, and I only ordered two hot items and a salad box and drink. The bloke behind me gave up and got a sandwich out of the shop fridge.

Absolutely disgusting. They don't even wrap their sandwiches, they put them directly into boxes and the boxes they use are genuinely filthy and are probably kept on the floor. They can't make simple orders and have sent us food that was entirely wrong and missed huge chunks of our order. When we've rang up the staff were rude to us and we could hear one of them laughing at us down the phone. It's not acceptable. Poor hygiene practices in the face of a pandemic is definitely not what you want.

Ordered some food with my boss really slow, got back to eat my food while eating a massive piece of plastic was in my food ( soft plastic ) which I choked on. The store owner is yet to contact me which is ridiculous don’t go here unless you wanna choke on plastic. Can’t wait to see them in court

Ordered through uber eats, missing several items. The sandwiches we did receive were missing most of the salad we ordered. Bread was breaking apart and wrap was poorly put together.
