Nice country pub, good food, though not cheap! Near to Burrs Country Park, and still not far from Bury town center. On each occasion I've been with Bruno, it has been very quiet, but that suits me! Still appears short of punters in daytime, can't speak to evening or weekend, £4.95 for a Guinness, so you judge!?Parking: Approx 25
A very tasty Sunday lunch is served at the Garsdale.A really good plate of delicious food one of us had lamb and the other had chicken really nicely presented with lovely vegetables.

Went to the Garsdale yesterday for a lunch (6 of us). We had the Christmas menu and all the food was lovely. The staff were attentive and helpful - one of our party was gluten and dairy intolerant and they made sure that all their needs were met. Only one criticism, and that was the place was freezing! We all ate with our coats on which diminished the experience somewhat. I wouldn't go again until the weather warms up.
