Had 3 course Sunday lunch. Food was delicious, fresh, hot & plentiful. Service was excellent & staff were friendly & efficient. Restaurant is lovely with tables well spaced & relaxed environment

Never been before. Well worth the trip. The food was outstanding. Everyone in our party enjoyed what they received. There was plenty to eat. Sadly the service let it down. It is a large pub. Admittedly the place was rammed with families and you can accept there will be a shortfall in standards. However either they hadn't got enough staff or they weren't organised sufficiently. Came on Saturday for our second visit. Booked using the app, easy and quick. On arrival we were seated quickly and although the room was big it felt intimate and cosy. We had three courses and they were all delicious! Michael (our waiter) was fantastic, attentive without hovering. For two people the bill was under £70 Drinks included. Looking forward to the next visit!
