Very poor service. Placed order well in advance so it arrives on time as been fasting all day. No updates on Uber app and unable to get through as line purposely disconnected. Very poor service from Abaseen. In the end order cancelled and ordered from somewhere else.

Food is ok, prices are good for pizza. The text service is real good when you order, they should add eta of delivery on it. When we ordered for a particular time the delivery was 30 min late, so a more punctual delivery would have been better.

Its a little bit of hit and miss. Ordered on multiple occassions, and yesterdays order 14/2/24 via Ubereats, has to be amongst the worst quality of food. Donner was stale and had little to no taste, the cheesy chips were sprinkled with grated cheese that were not fully melted, thr fish burger they called back to say they don't have any and had to settle for a cheese burger which had no taste. Other than the chappali kebab which was good i wont order from them anymore.

Unfortunately, this is the last time I’ve ordered food from Abaseen Queens Road Halifax. Ordered 2 hours ago using Uber Eats and still no delivery received, the staff at Abaseen didn’t had the courtesy to deliver the order on time, in fact giving excuses that I the customer is in wrong and secondly, when the order was delivered, it was not complete order.Therefore, it has been a very bad experience with Abaseen Halifax and please avoid ordering Abaseen Halifax using Uber Eats.

We ordered for £50. We waited 2 hours and it was cold.The next day we called and they didn't even listen to us.Very disappointed.We order every week.We'll go somewhere else.
