ITS CHANGED HANDS! We were waiting in anticipation for our set meal for 2 and we had a chicken curry! and beef in blackbean sauce! no special fried rice. Check the menu before ordering, ITS ALL CHANGED. Not as good as it was more comparible with the others in the area, nothing special now.

Order did not arrive after 2.5 hours, fobbed off that the order was with the driver apparently for over an hour and I live 5 mins away. Cancelled order, no apology. Will never use again ?

I rang up and I tried to make an order from the menu I have seen online with their name saying they published it recently. The woman then proceeded to Mimick me when I said the online menu says that one of the portions was £5 something and she also told me that we had ordered too much food for 3 people which was not needed. I think this is because they didn’t want to bother making the food for us even tho any other business would generally want to make as much money as they can. Me and 2 other people then went into the restaurant to speak in person because we were confused on what the actual prices were and the woman spoke to us in an abrupt manner and going on to tell us she has had the restaurant longer than we have been alive, which is very appalling customer service considering we spoke to the woman in a very kind, respectful manner. Don’t go here, I will definitely not be ordering or returning again.The owners response to my feedback does not make any sense whatsoever if anyone was to search up the restaurant and look online at the menus they all say the same thing so I’m not sure what they mean by what they said. If a customer is reading off a menu they have found online they are going to assume that it’s the right menu, however the terrible customer service and rude manner we had from the woman does not help the situation.

Terrible customer service. Rude woman mimicking us for mistaking the price and telling us we’ve ordered too much food and repeating the fact she’s had the restaurant longer than I’ve been alive which I personally find extremely patronising. Wouldn’t recommend
