Italian Restaurants in Halifax

“We visited here on Friday night and had a great meal before a gig in Halifax. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the 3 Napoli cousins who owned the restaurant went out of their way to have interaction even though they were busy. Food was delicious (you could tell it was a proper Italian) and service was prompt, even with it being busy, and all staff were happy and happy to help. Would certainly return if ever back in Halifax”

“There is a nice ambience to the place and it feels very relaxing. Service was good and the staff smiling and pleasant. I couldn't fault the food, myself, sister and friend thoroughly enjoyed our meal, very tasty. I was just very surprised that my choice of chicken in a mushroom sauce, priced at £15.50 wasn't accompanied by anything. No veg, chips, potatoes, nothing. Its alot to pay for a small chicken breast. For the same price, my sister had chicken in breadcrumbs, salad garnish and chips. Surely a bit of veg or a few chips wouldn't go amiss.”

“Book ahead to avoid disappointment. This is a busy place for a reason. The food is always excellent and the portions so good, that I can't always manage a dessert! The staff are efficient and good natured even though they are busy. I just wish it was nearer to where I live...”

“Lovely evening out. Special mention for the waiter named as 'Super Dave' on the bill, he was welcoming, attentive and not too much in the way of fuss. Pistachio ice cream (as Dave informed us) is hand made by the chefs and was exceptional.”

“Came yesterday for the first time, we've been meaning to come for ages. So glad we did, we had curried goat meat plus rice and peas with salad. Oh so nice, we came early so had to wait but it was all freshly made so worth it, dumpling on the side too, forgot that. Staff so lovely, helpful and cheerful, also we had a plate of freshly made chips, not french fries, proper chips. we asked for some more dumplings and they made some extra for us. It is Carribean food, not sure if they have it every day, looked on website it said Italian but we wanted the carribean. Delicious”
