Called into KFC Halifax Haley hill on Christmas Eve , I can honestly say we put in a very large order through the drive through service and I can say it came out in record time and piping hot too & everything was very accurate nothing missing at all . Which I’ve encountered at other KFC’s around the country . The staff were very polite and welcoming from point of order to collect . Well done KFC Haley Hill . Keep up the good work .Parking: Ample parking for customers.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and wide doorways for wheelchair uses .

woman where order struggled to understand basic english and kept asking us to repeat m. staff at pickup window were miserable un humourus and ungrateful of the cheerful thank you given.poor show!! food nothing to write home about either meager portiins felt like we were served leftovers from yesterday.

Very nice food! The chicken, fries etc tasted amazing and was cooked perfectly and fresh. Me and my husband very much enjoyed our meals. I will say the price is a bit much, but what isn't honestly these days.

Ordered a meal for the family having little money we was all really excited as this was a treat for us all. The food turned up cold and had an entire meal completely missing, as well as the extra sides. Also no dips. Won't answer the phone either. The food that did come would've been ok if it wasn't cold but definitely would not recommend ordering on JustEat.

Grim. £30 for 3 of us, its got expensive and not great value. Part of our order was missing, had to queue up again, food going cold. Run out of napkins. Most tables dirty. 8 Just Eat delivery drivers collecting from the "Collect" counter. Not that many other diners in. Rather out of control.

Ordered through Uber eats. Food arrived barely warm and missing items. Shouldn't be surprised really cos it's not the first time. Staff don't answer the phone so contacted uber eats who refunded the missing items.

I asked for sauces, I said I could pay extra, I was told that "I threw the sauces inside " YOU LIAR CHEATED ME AND MY CHILD" date 02/12/2023 time 10pm I will never visit this again

My son requested a KFC party, and our local being Haley Hill, we decided to go there, we booked and turned up, ordering 4 party buckets, and a bucket for 1, the manager was excellent, he ensured his staff and himself was very attentive, and even waited on the party of 12, 11yr olds. Pouring their drinks, checking everyone was OK. They even suprised us with ice cream for all the kids. All the kids loved it so much, as we were leaving, they all stood up and said Thank you to the staff. Would definitely recommend for a kids party!Thank you again everyone there for making my sons birthday one he won't forget!
Food portions are tiny. Bag of chips was small and one of the chicken pieces looked like it was from a sparrow! The staff member who served me (called Anna or similar?) could barley speak english, struggled to understand what I was asking for and was very rude and blunt. Not what is to be expected of someone in a customer facing role! Embarrassing really to employe someone with such bad manners and who can’t speak english!

I placed an order on Just Eat, but unfortunately, the food never arrived, and the restaurant didn't answer the phone. I had to drive down to the restaurant, but luckily, the manager made the food fresh for me.

Ok chicken ok but yet again NO coffee. Server assured me that it didnt happen often which a man next to me said it happens often.Also not a frequent visitor but i was not aware you could have a choice of fries we do not like the ones with pepper
