Filthy toilets Over flowing bins Dirty tables Staff that can't speak English or understand English Chips cold Bread stale Zinger chicken ok but definitely not spicy Had no salt to give out Coffee just warm Pretty pathetic really. The interior looks like it's from the 90s, needed updating 20 years ago. I can see why Macdonalds are way out infront of KFC. KFC are going to end up in the same situation as burger king if it carries on like it is.

Cold uncooked chicken. Still pink inside. Bins inside were overflowing whilst staff stood around chatting. Didn't hold much confidence with their cleaning of tables etc with covid!

Me and an acquaintance (not a friend!!!!...before you all start asking ;)) were frequenting this not so fine establishment for some lunch time accroutements, however, by the time said luncheon did arrive, it was threatening to burst the threshold of superdom. Just went through drive thru, ordered 2 fillet box meals, one with coleslaw and one with gravy, both with tango. Get home and they have given us both with corn on the cob and one with tango and one with pepsi! Meal ruined as we dont eat corn on the cob and the gravy and coleslaw make the meal for us and we each do not like dry food!How can they get it so wrong? We spoke clear and it was repeated back yet even the reciept says cobette and a pepsi! Get your act together, anyway we are now completely finished with KFC full stop. The last 2 we have had, this one from Halifax and one before from Keighley have both been wrong and had items missing, useless staff! Not worth the money if they can't get the order right.

Ordered 2 Zinger Stacker meals last night. WOW. Lukewarm and the chicken really dry, the lettuce tasted like soil. Put both meals in the bin and E.Mail KFC complains. What a waste of time take me word don’t bother a standard letter saying will be looked in to and sorry can not offer a good will gesture as I pay at Just Ear. Lol do they not receive the money. Try to ask Just Eat for help got told all restaurants cook different so no refund. Sorry I thought they where a chain and all cooked the same.

I know that because of covid19 there are a lot of places deciding not to take cash, but there are plenty of places that are... even other close by restaurants are! I had an order, a big order and i was going to spend over £40, and collected the money together from my family... Got here, and... They told me they "Wont take cash"... but i can use my card they said... okay, tried and tried... my card would not recognise. I had the cash in my hand... but nope! I sadly left but then purchased all i needed next door, who accepted cash no problem! I felt sad, I personally feel that i will be going elsewhere for now.

Called today for 9 pieces on tues £5.99 all over th country advertising on tv ever day th sever said never hers ov th deal n were ad I sen it advertised wot a joke turns out th boss won’t do it coz he don’t make as much money on that deal so 79%profit not good snuff th greedy owners but will never call ther again disgusting way to treat loyal customers and ur toilets stink n need a sanatizing from a proper company not ur staff then comeing out serving chicken or is that cost to Mutch for you to bear Avoid

KFC, same good quality chicken as we've come to expect from the home of the southern fried chicken, the herbs and spices make up the great taste and the fries are the best in the business. Halifax KFC is nice and clean, loads of seating and the staff are very polite. There is a toilet on the premises too, but ive not been in there. Quick service and great value.

Had lovely experience at this centrally located KFC spot with family. Friendly staff .. good sitting arrangements and nice crispy tasty KFC CHICKEN. Zingerburger was v nice . Would recommend .
