Food was stone cold delivery had no sauces i asked for drinks were half the normal size milkshake wasnt even mixed just syrup on top no straws didnt eat any of the food as it felt like it had just got out of the fridge delivery took an hour and a half i couldve walked it ate it n walked back faster than that called up about my missing bits n to say the food was cold took 20 calls to get through had to call the asda to let their manager know ive been calling to which they answered rudely n said it wasnt his problem n he didnt care worst service ive recieved from any food place highly reccomend if you want a mcdonalds to go to town where theyre busier n handle it way better than a dead restaurant like this one inside the asda

Just been there today.Printer still not working on menu boards. Waited ages for the food and when we got home was missing a couple of item's.Whilst waiting one of the managers came out of his office and was eating food straight from the prep area.When you try calling them they either don't answer the phone or put it down.I would advise people not to go and eat here at all. I certainly won't be visiting again and will not be visiting other McDonald's due to this.Whoever owns the franchise you need to completely revamp the management and the way its run. Its an embarrassment to Asda. I will be taking this further with Asda and McDonald's

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Went to Asda this evening and placed an order on the Machine. When I went to pick up my order I was greeting by a member of staff mopping up and shaking his head at me. He replied, we are closed and tutted at me! There was no sign to say the restaurant was closed and nothing to indicate that I couldn’t place an order. I then explained to the employee that the machine still let me put an order through and that I wasn’t aware the restaurant had closed. The attitude and demeanour I received from the employee was surprising and very rude. I then asked for a refund and explained that I wouldn’t have put the order through if I had known. I then asked for a refund of which they could not give me because the tills had been put away. I asked for the manager to complain, he said he could not refund me and to come back at a later date. He did not take any statement or details from me, I didn’t get the food or the refund. The manager himself I feel did what he could at the time but didn’t seem to know what to do or how to handle the situation. He did not apologise and neither did his employee.

Absolutely the WORST McDonalds I have ever been to, just hoardes of people queuing, they don't even acknowledge people stood at the counter they just get fully ignored, if you're not an uber eats or similar driver then you're waiting around 45 minutes for food and that's only if you order on the screen you've no chance of them even looking at you if you go to the till. Rude people and abysmal service. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Hair in food, duty manager really unhelpful, tried to blame delivery driver even though food is sealed before they get it. Unwilling to accept it was a kitchen hygiene issue, be warned.

Visited this Mcdonalds inside an Asda as was visiting the eye screening there too. Easy to order although had no number on table for service, so had to check others to figure out what number it was. Service was a bit slow and found too much attention taken on delivery orders rather than restaurant. But food was hot and well presented and staff were friendly.Parking: Parking within supermarket carparkKid-friendliness: Safe indoor restaurant within supermarket provides high chairsWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance, disabled toilet is seperate to restaurant further along till area of supermarket, adjacent to restaurant.

They miss to put all item with the order and do not take the responsibility and send the missing items when complained.If they worry about the delivery fee to send the missing items, they should pay attention first before sending it the First time. Just ruining the dinners of the customers.Not helpful. Food was cold too.

Absolutely disgusting service and the store does not care all my order was wrong the receipt on the back was correct nothing inside was right . Not the first time out of my last 6 orders alway something missing impossible to get hold of them no refund .

Absolutely disgusting too busy concentrating on the deliveries than the customers stood or sat waiting ..over an hour I waited with my little girl for a chicken nugget meal and 2 cheese burgers ...I wasn't the only one too ..when they finally got my order it was missing items ...manager useless no apology...absolute

Some items sold out so couldn't order. Self serve kiosk wasn't working properly and was out of paper so didn't get a receipt. Really long wait hovering round the till area. Food average and it wasn't all in the bag so we had to ask. Loads of Just Eat drivers in there waiting for food and parking in the disabled bays. The one good thing was the lovely, chatty and helpful cleaning staff. Won't be going back in a hurry, it needs a better layout and organisation.
