Shocking service, priority on delivery orders, waited 25mins for food, with only about 4 customers waiting for food at counter. Got a cold half cup of coffee as it's made straight away and sat 20 mins while the food is eventually made. Also rock hard pancakes and paper knives and folks are absolutely useless.

bathroom reeks and floor covered in poo. jammed rubbish in tissue dispenser, every dispenser hard to use and staff is very ignorant.

Got the details of my order wrong 3 times despite me being 1 of 2 customers. The woman serving couldn't be bothered to cut off her conversation with her colleagues, I were shocked to see one were her manager. She cut me off when I were trying to tell her my order hadn't processed due to a problem with their machine.After 3 unsuccessful attempts at trying to order 4 items, I left still missing an item from my order, the food I DID get were wrong and cold.

Ordered delivery from here for a quick dinner as I didn't want to cook for the family after working a night shift & unfortunately half my order was missing. Was missing a happy meal so I had to give my daughter my meal so she could eat something & not miss out. I know this particular McDonald's does get very busy due to being in the middle of town but it's not hard to double check an order before handing it over to a delivery driver to make sure the whole order is there.

These idiots who work at McDonald’s work at Mcdonalds because they lack the basic ability to check a receipt and check if its in the bag. This toilet never stops getting orders wrong no matter how many people complain. The reviews are terrible yet the management and owners dont get a grip of it. Because they dont care!

Ordered food for 3 people and they completely missed one of the meals.Absolutely useless!!! Oh and food was ice cold and only half a portion of chips!!!Obviously ALL the staff need retraining when they get order after order wrong

Asked a customer service agent if there was toys in happy meals, was told yes there was. 5 minutes later I recieve my order ask about the toys and a receipt from a manager. I was told he was not capable of getting me my receipt, so I can leave a thought on my service and lack of items I am missing. No toys so just lied to by there customer service agent at tills.

This was a great outlet for food, set in a classic building with pillars! The counter is well-presented with info on orders, seating is comfortable and my Nuggets with French Fries were tasty and fresh. Staff were friendly and welcoming, although service was a bit slow.
