It was good, the atmosphere wasn't the worst with music and ambient chatter. The place isn't extremely busy or loud, it seems like a good place to eat with a diverse range of options and systems in place for those who may need extra help.The fries were as good as always, although the halloumi was a bit salty and greasy. The Mac and cheese was good but lacked much flavour. These are all my opinions anyway, and shouldn't be used as definite factsVegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options, every section has at LEAST one or two items, same for veganDietary restrictions: When you enter, they greet you and ask you if you have any dietary restrictions, If you do, I assume you get a menu with foods and their contents clearly highlightedParking: Large paid parking lot near here, accompanied by a VUE cinema.

One of the busier places at Broadway, usual fast delivery of food, of standard nandos quality, the girl guiding to table was very quiet in a noisy environment, all three of us struggled to hear what she was saying.. otherwise excellent as usual from this national chain..Wheelchair accessibility: Totally accessible for Wheelchair as flat from the outside, no automatic door so that maybe the only issue

Ordered food on the app, blonde manager came over and said the order hadn't come through to them and asked us to pay again. Said the money would come back in 48 hours but didn't give any void receipt and made us order the full meal again. Money has been taken twice from the bank account and sarcastically said "am I supposed to give it you on the house?" No, you're supposed to just make the food that's been paid for obviously. You don't know if we can put that full order through again depending on financial situation?Manager is rude and unprofessional, needs customer service training

Came here with my mum just a few minutes ago, we wanted a bite to eat before going to see Jack Whitehall. Decided to try Nando's as the menu sounded good and it did not disappoint! We got the cheesy chips sharing plate and it was really tasty! (my mum knocked a mark off as she wasn't a fan of the drink options, but other than that she really liked it), great atmosphere too, wasn't too busy and the staff we interacted with were great.
Friendly reception, speedy and accurate order. Food is nicely cooked and hot. Bottomless drinks, spicy chicken, what more could you want.

My boyfriend asked for not spicy food, they brought spicy so he couldn't really eat it. My food was ok but it was wrong order , I ordered leg, but half chicken arrived.
