If I could pick zero I would.The man on the phone was so rude . He could not understand me so put the phone down. I rang back and he started threatening me. What was he going to do throw a pizza at me.

I recently ordered from Pizza Hut for the first time after being disappointed with Dominos. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The triple cheese pizza was cooked perfectly, with a crispy crust and gooey cheese. The toppings were fresh and flavourful. I also ordered some Garlic Dips, but they were unfortunately missing from my order.The delivery was fast, arriving within 30 minutes of ordering. The customer service was also good. The staff was friendly and helpful.Overall, I would definitely recommend Pizza Hut. The food is delicious and the service is good. However, I was a little disappointed that they didn't deliver the Garlic Dips I ordered.

I made an error on an online order and called up and they were so helpful and amended the order for me. Always good services and great pizzas, good to have gluten free option.

Pizza was nice, took a very long time to come but the house was in a hard to find place I’ll admit, I worst part was that when the pizza app said it was here I called pizza hit delivery to ask how long. And the guy on the phone answered saying “who’s this” not even “hello Pizza Hut” so I asked multiple times if it has actually Pizza Hut, basically guy was bare rude but good pizza

Enjoyed our visit to Pizza Hut. Decided to have to buffet. Lots of pizza's to choose from and a large selection at the salad bar. Some times the pizza dishes were empty but not for long as freshly cooked pizza's were being brought out all the time. My only criticism is that the pizza's were not labelled so not always sure what pizza's were available.

Just want to say a big Thankyou to KAMMY. What an amazing fella. A true asset to the company. I ordered 2 pizzas and no fault of pizza hut they went AWOL with the deliveroo driver. I waited ages and they eventually turned up ice cold. I called pizza hut and KAMMY apologised immediately (even though it was not his fault) and got some hot pizzas prepared and personally delivered them to us. God bless you, you are a true Legend ?

24th December I ordered a delivery for myself and was ill several hours after through the night and up to afternoon Xmas day. According to the email I received today their food was the right temperature. Absolute rubbish. Is that why it looked anaemic & the previous order was practically burnt?! Your food was the only thing different I ate that day so no,it wasn't something else that caused me to vomit & have diorrhea. It was your cold undercooked food. More or less called me a liar. I do not recommend this place at all & won't be ordering here again. I've had pizza from smaller less well known establishments than this,never any problems. Regardless of how many other orders you had that day,mine was disgusting & was the food that caused my illness. Revolting ?? No stars.

If I could give less than 1 star, trust me I would. We ordered a couple of pizzas & sides last night. The order was accepted quick enough, and after a long day at work, the wife was looking at the updates on the app. About half an hour passed by, and the status was updated to ‘boxing/packaging your food’ or something along those lines, and this is where the problems began. It remained on that status for 40 minutes, so we called the restaurant to see if there was a delay/issue - the line connected but we were hung up on straight away. 20 calls later with exactly the same outcome, the store answering and then putting the phone down straight away. An hour and 40 minutes after placing the initial order (the app had said the food was being packaged for over an hour at this point) we get a knock on the door. The driver was friendly enough, and knowing it wasn’t any fault of his own I didn’t mention the issues to him, because realistically, what was he suppose to do? We open the food to find it stone cold (not like warm, literally cold, with the grease congealed between the pizza and the box). We called the store once again (the 23rd phone call we had made to the place that evening) and the manager answered. We told him about the issues, and that the food was flat cold, his response was “what do you want me to do about it?”.. this made me see red. He admitted in the phone call that he had no idea about food hygiene or any form of food safety, and it was up to us if we wanted to eat there again, saying that “he wouldn’t lose any sleep over us not ordering from them again”. All I can say is that this is a joke of a business, and if any executives from head office read this - I highly suggest you take a look at the management structure in place here before your brand reputation is tarnished.

Do not order from here ordered 30 pounds worth off food for them to get it all complacently incorrect and now they arnt answer the phone to resolve this matter first time ordering from here and it’s absolutely disgraceful 30 pounds worth off pizza yeah right ! Absolutely idiots
