Went here for a break from cooking between Christmas and New Year. Being a big chain the food, drink and service expectations were as expected.The waitress was helpful and answered or went to find answers for our questions, everyone enjoyed the food we ordered. Can't go far wrong if you want to eat at an American style diner.

The place isn't the same as it was years ago. Which is a shame. Food isn't good not much vegetarian options. Cocktails are miss sold saying 2 for 1 but only same cocktail for £16 for 2 or 1 if you don't want 2 of the same. Luckily the staff made us aware when ordering. Sort the menu out and make it good again.

Came for my daughters birthday ordered the chilli beef chimichanga and what arrived was a piece of coal burnt black. How it ever passed being sent out is beyond me. I don't often write reviews but this spoilt my evening as all the other guests had their food and I wasn't prepared to sit and watch them eat and then eat alone so declined a replacement. The burger my daughter in law had was just like rubber and only half was eaten. A very very disappointing visit quality control needs its game upping. The staff singing happy birthday was the only enjoyment

This is a nice TGI's with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was nice and the service didn't take too long. There were some food items not available on the main menu which was explained on ordering. However on the children's menu, we weren't told an item was unavailable until after the meal arrived. We then were not offered an alternative. Thankfully the staff refunded the meal as a result

Bottomless brunch wasn’t great. And our server was a bit slow. We told the manager (Joe) that we wanted to leave early due to this and Joe was so lovely about it all. We really appreciate that the restaurant was busy and how Joe dealt with our disappointment, thank you!

Table for 11 - waitress (think her name was Katie) was very very attentive. Constantly bringing us free refils. We all ordered starters and mains and asked that they all be brought together. Everything was yummy, hot and fresh. We had a cake for someone's 18th and they brought it over, sang, and gave us plates. Really really nice evening!
great customer service and the food was delicious, it was reasonably priced and i would 100% come here again

The food was fine. The food portions are small for the price of the food. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately when they visited it feels like a lot of the food and drink were unavailable.3/5 for food as it was expensive and small portions but tasted nice.4/5 for service. The staff were very friendly and nice.I think if the food portions were bigger or the price was lower then i can increase the stars from 3 to 4 stars.
