Had a really good time, we booked table for 15, for my mums 60th. All the staff was really friendly and accommodating. The food was really good and wasn't waiting long for it. Pricing was really fair. Would definitely recommend.

First time trying Capri Bistro Hirbury. I came with the girls, booked a table, as was told it gets busy. We decided to have a drink at the bar first, which we were told was no problem, I thought someone would come after a while to see if we were ready to be seated but no one came near so we went to the desk only to be told we would have to wait a few minutes until a table was clear, so stood there as we had given up our seats, 5 minutes later we were shown to our seats, ordered our food and drink which I could not fault it was delicious and good portion sizes. I asked for a bottle of water during the meal didn't get it, asked another waiter, didn't get it, so asked another waiter and hurray third time lucky.Food is fabService needs a looking at

Had a table booked for 8 and was basically ignored all night. Had to ask twice about our starters and main because it was taking so long and the one pizza we had ordered we have had better supermarket ones. Then to sum the night up we had our table completely cleared and never got shown or asked about desserts or coffee and then have an automatic service charge put on the bill( which we didn't pay). First and last time we be going.

60th birthday celebration spoilt by bad service & poor food . Had to ask for starters & mains, never even offered desserts. One of groups pizza looked shocking & he said he'd had better regular supermarket pizzas. 6 of the 8 in group unhappy with food. Emailed to tell management but they obviously don't care as no reply. Would not recommend or return.

Would not recommend this restaurant. The service was slow, the food was poor and it was so noisy you couldn't hear those sitting near you on your table. Apart from the lady behind the bar, who was friendly, the staff were indifferent and unwelcoming. Won't visit again.

Excellent anti misto starter, plenty of it too! Sirloin steak was nicely cooked. Everyone enjoyed the afternoon (all 8 of us) Service was friendly, look forward to returning ???
Slow, very slow, and the entertainer was also pretty dire. Wouldn’t have looked out of place on a cruise or cabaret at a naff hotel.

Absolutely terrible. It seems the place has just been decorated but someone forgot the soft furnishings so the echo is terrible, almost like eating in a holiday camp cafetEria. WE ALMOST WALKED OUT IMMEDIATELY AND IN HINDSIGHT WISHED WE HAD. The initial service was ok but the food was terrible....genuinely microwaved. We just about managed to get through our starters but everyone of left 70% of our main course except me who managed to get thru half my meal before giving in. What a disappointment. No one attended our table to ask how things were so I went to the bar and paid the biull in full including mandatory gratuity of 10% and then told him of my disappointment as the waitress walked past to the kitchen with our plates. Will not be going back.
