We walked in and the restaurant was full. The lady serving us told us we could eat in the bat area. Not an issue as it was lovely sitting there too. We will be back. Thank

Nostalgic kitchen
Shepherds arms, Cluntergate, HorburySimple home cooked food done to an extremely high standard. Comfort food never tasted so good.Friendly and pleasant waitresses dealt with our every need with a smile on their faces. The chef came out into the dining room to check how the guests were enjoying the food and, without exception, got a huge thumbs up ? from every diner.Get yourself down here and pick anything from the menu or specials board and I am confident saying that you'll love it.

Retro Roadhouse
11 Twitch Hill, Horbury, WakefieldI stopped by on my way to Rotherham for football and ordered the large English Breakfast for £10. Really friendly, chatty owners, lovely retro feel, and fabulous food. The breakfast included bacon, two sausages, two eggs, a hash brown, beans, mushrooms and tinned tomatoes. All served with two slices of toast and a pot of tea which easily made two mugs. Highly recommended and if I am in the area, I will definitely return.

Highly recommend. 1st visit and will return regular and it's 75 min hr away from Hull. Other food at tables looked fab too. Caffe Capri - Horbury
8 Cluntergate, Horbury, WakefieldThis place had been recommended to us by several different friends since it opened, I’m so glad we listened to them and gave it a try for ourselves, from the moment we walked through the door the staff were great, as busy as it was the two guys who run the place even made time come over and speak to us which was a really nice touch. We started with coffee which was very nice, I had a Capri Omelette and Paul had a full English breakfast, we both agreed that we thought the food was delicious. We’d give the Cafe Capri Horbury Bridge a ten out of ten, it was a fantastic experience all round, we enjoyed it so much we’ve booked a table agin for next two Saturdays.

The food turned up on time and was piping hot and all delicious. We thought we’d ordered too much but the kids are every last bit of it! Can’t thank the guys at Pranzo enough. We’ll definitely be using them again.

New Indian Cuisine
33 Westfield Rd, Horbury, WakefieldHonestly one of the best places in Wakefield for those traditional curries, remember back in the 2000 when you got a real authentic curry packed with chicken and full of flavour, this restaurant is just that!!Chicken/mushroom pakoras are just amazing, big portions, a lot for your money basically!!Even the rice is fresh and not all stuck together, the food has always come well packaged (although not sustainable packaging) but it does ensure the food comes hot, so no need to waste time reheating food, genuinely my number one go to place for a proper authentic curry
