Delivered on time, piping hot, lovely tasting food, we had Singapore vermicelli, hot and sour soup, prawn toast, which you get loads of, salt and pepper mixed box, 10" box with loads in it and Cantonese sweet and sour chicken

Absolutely shocking. Ribs absolutely tiny no meat. Prawns overcooked. Curry sauce very small amount. Delivery driver overcharged me. Never again!!

Absolutely terrible. Always find this takeaway great but tonight was shocking. Driver overcharged for order, spare ribs were so small literally 1 to inch long, prawns very overcooked & curry sauce was so small. Never again!!

Always great food from the Lucky Flower. Crispy shredded beef in chilli sauce with boiled rice plus sweet and sour chicken with fried noodles and prawn crackers. More than enough for two of us. Prawn crackers always fresh, crispy and tasty! The only downside is it's cash only, I always have to get cash out specially!

Will never ever order from Lucky Flower again! Called at 5pm to place my order, incorrect order arrived. Called to advise incorrect order, to be told I got what I asked for but the they would send a potion of rice and to hand the chips back. After 10 minutes of waiting I called ro ask where the rice was, to be told no you said chips which are on there way! I then said no the food is cold I will hand it back to the driver and want a full refund. The driver turned up and was about to give me the refund minus 2 x delivery charge. I called again to be told I had to pay delivery as this is separate to the driver not them! In the end the extremely rude argumentative lady did agree a full refund. The driver was lovely and I do hope he finds a nicer takeaway to work for very soon..Responded to the owner as requested, and surprise surprise, the response has been ignored so I thought I would make it public to see if shames them into a response.Hello,Thank you for acknowledging my complaint.I do want to confirm that the lady in question was of Chinese origin and not the English Young lady I spoke with. I have been a loyal customer of yours for over 15 years and was very upset and annoyed with the way I was spoken with.More upsetting was the driver being caught in the middle advising he would not be paid for his two trips, despite the problem being with the Chinese lady who originally took the order incorrectly. Not to mention it was actually my birthday so I had been looking forward to enjoying the meal with my Mum all day.

Ordered two portions of chicken in batter. Fried rice . Chips. And onion rings. Onion rings over cooked. Chips scratty. Chicken balls not cooked right. Batter like mush. Had stomach pains. Runs. Sickness since. Sorry but won't be using again. Orders are rushed out for delivery. Should take more time preparing the food right.

Waited over 2 hours for our food and it was disgusting. Never ever order from here unless you want horrible greasy food with no taste and a long wait. Utterly shocking.

Ordered last night for the 4th time in as many months. Collected after 15 minutes. It was orgasmic! The best noodles I’ve ever had. R lass sez it’s the best Chinese she’s ever had. I have to agree. Strangely the people of Horbury seem to dismiss this place and nickname it Mucky Flower. The people of Horbury really are clueless when it comes to good food. If you’re in the area and want Chinese food. Look no further. Definitely don’t go to Happy Valley. It didn’t make me very happy. 10/10
