There are many reviews on here that are completely incorrect!! This is a new cafe location which is substantially better than its previous location in Town Street, Horsforth. The cafe is spacious with many more tables than the previous location and its clean and tidy too. !! Even a small additional room at the back too .One or two teething problems on day one and day two, but that surely has to be expected for a new domain.On the down side the prices have gone through the roof !

Only called in for a toilet break but stayed and had a coffee . Staff very pleasant and chatty which makes a change. Enough room to accommodate a wheelchair and was made to feel comfortable by the staff, I'd go there again any day.

I use the Drive-thru regularly at Shipley near Lidl. Why? Because the staff are fantastic. Happy, excellent service with a smile. Coffee tastes good too. Never bitter. Well done x
Shop looks beautiful but the lady at the desk was very very rude not only that latte was luck warm and tastless. First costa I ve ever been that doesn't use freshly grind coffee... I guess the free one is a reused powder at this branch. If you re around don't botherMight as well go across the road

We had coffee/tea & cake. The cake was passable, but the coffee & tea were lukewarm. The tea was also, slightly stewed. It was a Bank Holiday so maybe that's an excuse? The single staff member was very pleasant & friendly, but we've noticed the coffee's not as nice as it used to be, so we'll go elsewhere in future.

It was packed today, and the cashier was so busy pushing through the orders, that our order got missed. We waited more than 20 minutes for our warm drinks.
